Del is still a problem. Shipped fed x ground we waited all day Friday 10/10 and it's now 10/12 we are still waiting and fed x has no update on delivery

Thermostats come with the Unit both remotes wired and wireless so you can choose.
Easy to install.

Am very pleased with the great service from Jenny’s help on making thing happen. Was not at all happy with fedx driver could not find our address even when it’s on a post and our mail box and when they did find it they just dropped the product over the fence into the yard.

You all had the equipment I wanted and it was shipped in a reasonable amount of time. It was shipped Fedex so we could track the packages. Great pricing on the equipment.

We have installed 4 115 volt mini splits in two apartments. Although we have used professional A.C. installers, According to local code. The job could have been done by my remodeling crew. Easy to do!

Ordered 3 cooper and hunter units. I needed to modify. Customer service was very helpful and a week later the units were delivered to my door.

The shipment arrived timely. Did not know installation was so involved. Found a bonded licensed HVAC to install. So far so good. The minisplit it quiet which is a very nice feature.

Minisplits4less is a truly exceptional company to work with - the entire order and delivery was superb and actually the equipment was delivered several days ahead of schedule. Minisplits4Less is ONE OF THE WORST COMPANIES that I’ve ever dealt with. They flat-out REFUSED to accept a return on a brand-new unit that was never opened, never touched, still in perfect condition. We even said we would cover the costs ourselves for returning it, and instead of showing a shred of honesty, they completely ignored us, dodged our messages, and hid behind pathetic excuses.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM OPERATION that takes your money and then vanishes when you need customer service. They do not care about their customers, they do not stand behind their products, and they will do everything possible to avoid doing the right thing.

If you’re thinking of buying from them, DON’T. Save yourself the headache and go with a business that has integrity, because Minisplits4Less has none. Dishonest, unprofessional, and disgraceful.
