Wäre wird auf deutscher Homepage angeboten. artikel Kommt aber aus China. Lange Bearbeitungs- und Lieferzeit- doppelt solange als angegeben...
Ware entspricht absolut nicht der Beschreibung . minderwertiges Material.
Wenn man Paypal einschaltet, wird man gezwungen, den Fall zu schließen, da sonst die" Rücküberweisung" nicht gemacht wird!!
Bin gespannt, ob überhaupt etwas überwiesen wird! Unseriöse Firma

I ordered two dresses when they arrived they were nothing like the brochure pictures and both were very poor quality and totally transparent.
Customer service offered all these options return for full refund with them covering the cost, a partial refund in credit or keep the items with a smaller % credit.
I chose return full refund,
This is when they started their annoying replies,
I needed to return item by tracking post at my cost,
I replied showing them the screenshot where it states they will cover costs.
They replied they didn't have a return label do i had to pay, still going back and forth with them with the same annoying replies, stay clear of this company they are a complete sham and the clothes are at best only use full to use as rags.

Si riferiva a un paio di pantaloni yoga di lino, per un importo di 25,96 euro che risulta sull'estratto della Postepay.
L'ordine non risulta sul sito e non ho ricevuto alcuna conferma via mail. Ho chiesto spiegazioni, ma nessuna risposta.

La mia esperienza è che non si riesce a contattare il servizio clienti avendomi spedito un articolo che non ho ordinato e quindi non so come farlo cambiare. Quindi devo tenermi questo anche se non ho come utilizzarlo

Kjøpte en maske som viste seg å være kjempestor og helt ubrukelig. Blir nok aldri mer kjøp herfra.

Virkelig dårligt service omend hvis der er nogen service. Penge trukket fra konto men har aldrig set varen.

Jeg bestilte en badekåbe 30/12-20. Pengene blev trukket fra min konto 5/1-21. Jeg modtog ingenting. Så skrev jeg til dem, med allr detaljer, men det var umuligt at vedhæfte bekræftelse på købet.
De besvarede min mail med at skrive, at jeg skulle skrive til dem med alle detaljer og vedhæfte bekræftelse på købet. Jeg burde have tjekket trustpilot før jeg bestilte noget hos dem.

Non so come fare per non essere offensivo. Mi hanno inviato una camicia di un colore improponibile, completamente diversa da quella ordinata. Ora dovrò rispedire tutto in Cina entro 7 gg. e a mie spese. Non potrò usare corrieri a loro non graditi. Dovrò scrivere sul pacco "REGALO". Dovrò rendere tracciabile la spedizione e in un paio di mesi, se tutto andrà bene, verrò risarcito. Quindi spenderò circa 18 euro di spedizione, per averne indietro 19 tra 2 mesi! VERGOGNOSI......da censurare, non acquistate.
P.S. Inoltre ho seguito le loro indicazioni per la misura, ma è arrivata di almeno 2/3 taglie più piccola e non entra nemmeno il braccio nella manica....

I will KEEP posting here until my order comes! You realize that I ordered surgical face masks for the COVID virus over 4 wks now...still nothing! My husband found some on Amazon, we got them within 2 weeks! What a surprise!! AND, I STILL CANNOT LOG IN TO THE ACCOUNT I MADE FOR HELP, as you told me to!

assolutamente deludente dopo avere inviato per due volte il prodotto sbagliato . Ho chiesto il rimborso e mi hanno risposto che caricheranno il credito come credito da utilizzare per un eventuale prossimo ordine o oer il trasferimento sulla mia carta.
Esperienza assolutamente negativa. Si devoni vergognare

It's a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is no return process if anything goes wrong. I've spent 4 months trying to resolve the issue with them. They look to appear helpful (and on here), but they don't actually give you the information you need. I've asked sooo many times now for them to provide with details of how I return an item and where to send it, but all they do is apologies and put the issue back on you.

There is a guy called Fabio that you will see from other posts, he tries to look helpful, but it's all diversion tactics. You don't actually get an answer to the actual question/query that you need answering. They told me on the 11th May they sent me details of how to send back the item, but it's not contained in the email. I've raised the issue with Paypal and they are investigating. Seriously guys the customer service is shocking and it's a complete con!! There is no return process - they just fob you off. Again, I've gone through their website and the returns process has NO substance - it's just a front!!

Mi opinión es malísima se an quedado con 65,17 € me an Extafado por la cara an abusado con escusa de la pandemia covi19 y lo peor qué no dan la cara , espero tengan su karma ,(lo tendrán seguro)

Ordine n 31032583 dopo oltre 2 mesi mi hanno mandato una mail dove mi dicevano che non sapevano praticamente che fine avessefatto il mio ordine proponendomi un rimborso o l invio di un nuovo prodotto .Ho chiesto il rimborso ma a sto punto penso di aver perso sia i soldi che il pacco .Mai più un ordine da questo sito
