J’ai passé une précommande le 28 mars. Envoi annoncé 2e semaine de mai. Aucune nouvelle pendant plus d’1 mois, pas même un mail pour annoncer l’envoi.
Nous sommes le 14 mai, j’ai juste reçu un message du transporteur. le colis est en préparation depuis 3 jours.
Très déçue de cette commande. Les articles sont disponibles en magasin depuis 15 jours j’aurais dû aller en boutique!!

In previous years, I have ordered minis with no problems. However, my experience this time was slightly different. When I attempted to place an order, my address could not be confirmed at checkout. After waiting a day, I tried again but faced the same issue. Eventually, I had to send an email for assistance. The customer service representative
promptly helped resolve the issue. I am waiting for my order to be released in May. I'll update my review after I receive my pending order.

I bought from minifiguremadness 2 packs of 36 collectible D&D minifigures. Good price, very fast shipping to Italy and delivery in perfect condition. What more could you want?

There were small items missing from the order but a short email to the admin resulted in a very quick response and a refund of the amount plus a small bit extra for any trouble. Despite this, the pre-ordered items were delivered quickly after launch with the items tracked as they arrived.

I ordered 72 mini figures not so long ago and they arrived within a week in Denmark ready for pick up I can only recommend buying here :-)
