We recently made the switch to Mindway and couldn’t be happier with the decision.

The setup process was seamless, and the transition felt really well supported from the outset. Feedback from our team has been overwhelmingly positive, which has been fantastic to see.

The additional resources, like leadership webinars and structured annual planning schedules, have added real value at an organisational level. From a team perspective, having easy access to book counselling sessions via the app with prompt availability, has been a standout feature.

The added wellbeing tools, like in-app meditation, are a great bonus and help support a more holistic approach to staff wellbeing.

Overall, a very positive experience and a service we’re glad to have implemented.

Setting up Mindway for our clinic was a very easy process. Everyone loves the app with all of its different meditations, sleep support and daily emotion tracker. Quite a few of the team have utilised the counselling services and found the whole process very simple. I can highly recommend this company.

I've been using Mindway EAP for some time now, and I must say it's been an invaluable tool for my personal well-being and have heard positive feedback from the team at large. The meditation sessions have been incredibly helpful in grounding me, especially during stressful times. They are well-structured, calming, and easy to follow, making them a perfect addition to my daily routine.

Another feature I truly appreciate is the journal prompts. These thoughtful prompts encourage me to reflect on my day and process my emotions in a meaningful way. It's amazing how much clarity I've gained just by dedicating a few minutes each day to this simple practice.

The Mindway App is more than just an Employee Assistance Program—it's a daily companion that has significantly improved my mindfulness and overall mental health. Highly recommend!

This app is nothing more than a couple Google articles stitched together and a useless calendar, sold for $40/mo. Little-to-no value for the high price.

I received a pending notification for the following months’ $40 charge and immediately contacted customer service to cancel the charge & subscription. I’ve gone back & forth many times with customer service now, since they continued to charge me, regardless of my canceled subscription.

This company would rather hold $40 from a customer, than to provide a good customer experience.

Save your money and stay away from this company!!!

I have been working with Ryder for a few months, creating an EAP for our clinic. He has designed a great program and there has been great communication along the way. Nothing to fault about his services.
