I bought this because I read an article about how it was goid for pain and for sleep. I have been taking it since it arrived . hasn't done much for my knee pain and so I am still not sleeping well. And at £69 per bottle I won't be buying it again.
Having said that, that was just my experience it may be different for others.

Hi Elizabeth, we're very sorry to hear that you haven't felt the benefits of our CBD yet. For some people it can take a few weeks to build up in the system and feel the effects - I note you have only had it for a week, so don't give up on it yet!
Just this weekend we were reviewed in the Metro - the journalist didn't start feeling the effects until week two and by the end of the month was a complete convert to CBD. https://metro.co.uk/2022/05/14/can-cbd-really-help-you-sleep-better-i-tried-it-out-for-a-month-16637932/
We're also sending you an email with a few more pointers on dosage to see if that helps, and a free sample of our Muscle and Joint Balm which can be applied directly to your knee and should provide very fast benefits for you.
