Assalam o alikum brother and Sister ! My name is Naeem Azhar and I paid £420 for Umra package for two adults and one child Mr Hashim deal with me 26 Feb 2020 and i paid this money for umra unfortunately covid case start in UK just before they applied for my umra I hand over our passport to another Somalian Muslim guy but embassies got shut down due to covid I call them to refund my money as they even didn't apply for our visas so it should be pretty straight forward but till now they have,t gave my money back or give me any voucher to apply again I been trying to call them on there mobile and the company number which is advertise on website but they are not picking up the phone at all I was waiting for there respond very passionately but now I am going to relevant authorities because this is unfair with innocent customers who paying for umra or hajj and getting this unnecessary stress. I would like to see response from Mina Tour's on my mobile number or give me any number to call

Faizan Ayub is a super idiot and a fraud... He buys online ticket for customers without any flexibility... and then if you ask for change of a date in ticket so he would buy a new ticket and would claim price of a new ticket as fee of change in date....I am in contact with London police and will soon come to Mina tours and Faizan to expose their true image

I would like to thank the staff at Mina tours for organising an amazing life changing umrah trip for my brother and I.
I would also like to especially thank Brother HASHIM, an absolute gentleman and I recommend organising your trip with him, he is truly amazing at what he does. He goes through everything step by step and finds the best deals to suit your preferences. A very genuine and honest man and we couldn’t be more satisfied with what he provided for us.

An unethical company that takes your money in the name of Hajj and Umrah and provides no service - save your money and go to someone whose reliable, someone who will send you confirmation and keep you up to date instead of disappearing and then getting told by other team members that they cannot work on a file until the person in-charge isn’t back.

They aren’t even ATOL protected - just lost £200!

I have used this company for my Umrah with 11 people off my family I think everyone working in this company are lair including account manager sheryar I would not recommend any one to use this company.

Excellent service from Faizan. He helped my put together my trip and helped with some great suggestions. Good advise and a fast and efficient service. Faizan has given me regular updates and has been really great with the couple of small changes that I wanted to make to my booking.

Excellent Umrah package given by Mina tours and brother Hasim.

My daughter decided to give my wife and I a Umrah package as an anniversary present and she decide to go with Mina tours after checking their reviews on the internet. As I am old fashioned I was a little apprehensive with dealing with a company that wasn’t local to where I live, however brother Faizan was the gentleman that was allocated to facilitate the arrangements.
It was our first umrah for us and then my mom decided to accompany us so it was quite worrying not knowing what kind of support we will receive whist over there but it gives me great pleasure to now say that Mina tours done us proud, the constant contact with brother Faizan (24 hour if needed) and the Mina tours representative in Makkah/Medina (brother Sabir), this brother was so helpful, supportive, reassuring and constantly made sure that we didn’t encounter any problems.. he arranged our transport, logistics etc.. and his people where respectful and accommodating. I would like to say massive thank you to Mina tours especially brother Faizan and brother Sabir in Mecca/Medina.. May Allah (swt) bless you and reward you in all you do. I highly recommend Mina tours, they went above and beyond in their service.

I have been waiting for the company to send me over my ticket for 11 days. I call them numerous times a day and every day the have a different story. This company is a scam and I have already complained to Watchdog and the Financial Conduct Authority. You should be very ashamed of the poor customer services and fake excuses.
This company has caused me untold stress and anxiety. They have left me waiting without remorse or apology.
After the initial review was posted I got 2 phone calls from the manager insisting I change my review.it was more bullying..as he insisted that he recieve the 5 stars. I am visually impaired ., My wheelchair assistance was not ordered as instructed, my flight dates changed 3 times and my tickets 3 weeks late. Yet he is insistent on a 5 star review. I am aware that this isn't normal practice and has to be reported

Just want to say a huge thank you to Minatours and Brother Mohammed Danish for an amazing Umrah experience. I decided to call Minatours after an online search and I have to say they were amazing from the initial phone call. I had many requests and changes and they catered for it all without any problems and the price was really good too, compared to other quotes I got. The transport was one of my biggest fears as I was worried it would not be there or we might not have enough space due to our large group but Alhumdulillah it was perfect. They Hotel in Makkah was amazing but Medina could have been better and finally their representative in Saudi was very good in arranging the Ziarat. All in it was a very good experience thanks to Minatours I will definitely be calling them again for future trips.

We went for Umrah in Ramadan. And our agent was Brother Hashim. He’s excellent in his job, got knowledge of every single thing about the visa,tickets and hotel. We are very much satisfied and will book our next journey with him Again. Inn Shaa Allah

Mr Danish was a pleasure to deal with as he organised our Visa, hotels and flight tickets efficiently. He also answered several of our questions as this was our first in Saudi Arabia, Umrah to be specific.

Mohammed Danish facilitated us to go to Ummrah, this was my first ummrah and things were made very smooth. He was a pleasure to speak with and aided the process from visas, flights hotels at an amazing price. May Allah bless him for his work Ameen.
