They are scammers. Never ever subscribe to them because they won't let you cancel. They use PayPal and if you already subscribed cancel from Paypal, don't lose time to contact their support team and never believe they will reimburse you directly.

I thought MimicPC was great for a few months. Then I noticed that they were resetting my storage capacity back to 50GB which is very low indeed. I have to keep "upgrading" my storage capacity every month even though this is not stated anywhere in their docs. I have screenshot evidence of this. I don't know if this is a scam or a glitch but I want answers! If MimicPC can clarify / rectify this problem then I will change my review. Until then, the one-star stands!

This team is AMAZING. I recently had an email address compromised which was my login for this site and having my account was both done securely and quickly. I couldn’t be more impressed with how they professionally made sure I was the owner of the account and how quickly it all took place thank you so much for the wonderful customer service. Google should take a lesson from you.

Here is the end of the month and I have only used $8 of my $50, support is slow, sometimes more than 48 hours before responding, Fluxgym KO, Aitoolkit KO, Comfyui not up to date, refresh, refresh, refresh, refresh again, $50 to generate videos of people dancing no thanks. I use MimicPC for ComfyUI and for me it works perfectly fine, the preinstalled workflows and models make it easy to use.
Currently, you can get 50 GB addition storage via Discord, which also worked, so I can recommend it.

Disappointed on support team. I was testing the product and got an overcharge from my bank due to early payment. Their instructions were not clear and I got charged way before the instructions date.
All I was shared was a screenshot, and was told it was advised in advance. I requested if I can have a credit at least for overcharge to compensate. I was told credit will show on account and then I asked when as I was not seeing it. My ticket was closed with no response on Discord.
Service was working good, now ComfyUi not loading but it is deducting my balance and credit never came.
Product seems good and may work for others, seems painful to me. No option to upload screenshots here for proof lol.

Worst Scam, don't waste your Money here, Idk how they get so many good reviews but its just painful, anything takes very very long to be generated, even if u take the highest server they have, it will take u about 20min for low workflows to go through, also most workflows stop working before they are done u just get reconnected all the time, so you wait and wait and wait and pay for more server time and than, boom all wasted. This Website should be reported and closed. Better save up your money for a strong gpu on your own.

Everything is super slow takes at least 30 minutes if it even works. Anything worth trying is extremely complicated to figure out, like they make it harder than what you can actually get on Github. Big waste of money.

I originally needed a solution to generate AI images using Flux and videos at a much faster rate. I have an outdated graphics card, and it can take over a half-hour to generate one image. That's just not going to work for me. The graphics card that I need is pretty expensive on my budget right now, so that's when I did research and found out about online services where you could rent and use their GPU options. I stumbled upon MimicPC and RunPod, I ended up trying out MimicPC and haven't looked back. The setup is easy and prices are within my range. I've had a fun time using it up through this point.

I had my first problem with their system as the ComfyUI app had problems launching and I reached out to their support team. They fixed the problem within a few hours and kept me up to date. That's really good service in my opinion. That lets me know this is a trustable company and I can feel comfortable continuing to put my money into their services.

At this point, they're totally reliable and can be trusted. Definitely don't hesitate to use MimicPC if you need to run any AI-related programs that have heavy demand on your GPUs. It gives you time to save up for a GPU, which is still my main goal because I still prefer to run generations offline locally on my system, but it's going to be a while before I can afford the right graphics card.
