Never left a review before but felt I had to comment regarding the fantastic staff at Miltons in Chester. I arrived at their shop with a list of 8 rings I had seen on their website. They took the time to show me each ring, answered all my questions and never at any point did I feel like I was under any pressure to buy. I was able to make my decision in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and I left the shop with a beautiful ring and a bottle of champagne. I didn't get the name of the young man who served me but he was fantastic and a real credit to Miltons, there was also a lovely young lady who helped to gather my selection together who I hope one day gets the ring of her dreams just like I did. I would have no hesitation recommending this shop, the staff provided me with good old fashioned customer service which is a very rare thing these days and I am delighted with my purchase.

Svar från Miltons Jewellers
Dear Ms. Cadwallader,
We're delighted that you're so pleased and have taken the trouble to write so kindly about Kieran and Becky, whom we believe to have been your assistants. There is nothing more encouraging for retailers than generous feedback like yours! The manager at Chester has shared it with them and I am sure you will anticipate how "tickled" they are. On behalf of all of us at Miltons, thankyou so much both for your business and your feedback.
It would be our pleasure to be of service in the future.
With kind regards,
Haywood Milton
