This company received $5500 from me in July 2023 promising that I would start earning $8500 per month within 180 days or a refund. I had poor communication for three months and waited for calls to be booked. After three setters and no qualified calls within the 180 days, I requested a refund.
I was then stone walled by the company for three months January, February and March 2024. I wrote various emails asking for a refund to three of the company managers. Eventually I lost all hope of a refund and googled the private number of one of the company managers. She assured me that she would connect with him and gave me his private number. I phoned him and was assured that he will turn around the campaign and make it work, I said no and that I wanted a refund.
He then refused to refund me and said that his team had put in great effort. No where in the contract does it say that a refund depends on work done, just for qualified calls booked. He stonewalled me again for a month. I thought the only way to have a chance to recover some of my money was to agree to continue with the campaign, although silently I already knew I had lost my money. It is now the 2nd of May 2024 and I have seen neither a refund or a qualified call booked.
The company is also not able to find clients online that fit the target audience and ends up wasting hours of time and resources. They also have no access to LinkedIn as the setters get banned.
I have never worked online and thought that the company offered something unique in terms of funnelling clients. This company only provides you with an ideal client script and a setter and a course on Kajabi that is really not worth the price tag. Both of these can be found for a fraction of the price.
There is no real assistance in making the offer better. I once gave three different versions of the same offer to the manager and asked which one was best. He said all of them were great. Which means there is no real detailed attention for the very large investment.
It is a very shark eat shark company structure without ethics and values when things get sticky. Their strategy is immediate ghosting.
Also a management that makes you feel you did something wrong. I followed all the points as outlined in the contract before I asked for a refund and when I asked for a refund.
I am very sorry to write this review because some of the people working there were very nice and seemed understanding.
I am disheartened that someone can just steal your money without any legal recourse as this company is registered in Florida. I have no legal jurisdiction there.
Please think twice before giving yourself a lot of unnecessary pain.
I also mentioned the reviews on trustpilot to the manager and he said that all the critical reviews were fake profiles. This is also not true and a lie.
