Product dispatched as a letter from Militery Muscle. New packaging produced to save postal costs which i understand!
Unfortanatly, i paid postage on ordering online & now paid postage again at the local sorting office for the product i ordered.
I have my doubts if i orfer a again, i really do not want to pay for postage twice.

Hi Scott, we have trialed a new way of ensuring that we can get the deliveries securely through customers' letterboxes rather than in much larger boxes that have to either be collected, hidden somewhere around the property, or taken in person.
We did use packaging that complies with these guidelines, however, it seems it hasn't worked. In this case, please let us know the amount you had to pay and we'll refund it for you.
Apologies for the inconvenience. We are now using an alternative shipping container to ensure it goes through the system.

I have been using Military Muscle for about two years, whilst the products are outstanding, I have felt stronger had faster gains in the gym and had more energy.
My one criticism would be avilability of the product, as now several orders have had delays due to shortage.

We have shipped your order with Royal Mail, unfortunately the only service available for your destination is 'signed for'. The tracking (which we provided to you) ends once it leaves the UK. This will be due to the postal service provisions in the destination country. We must warn you that it may take 1 month to reach your destination from the dispatch date.
