The Experience for getting a booked ticket was very simple and very quick. I value the company giving options and not having AI generate the flights but to one degree of showing prices.

Fairly easy to use
Fairly easy to use. When I'm looking for flights, it would be easier to search if there is a button/check box for same day takeoff and landing. Also if you have a flexible day button/check box so that you can see flights the day before and after in order to see what is available.

I payed for a price and after I checked…
I payed for a price and after I checked out i received a message later saying the price went up $200 dollars. False advertisement

Higher price
The only thing I dislike is the price difference from purchasing tickets on military fares rather than the actual airline website. tickets were more expensive on the military fares website. It’s cheaper to purchase on the actual airline site. But otherwise it was fast and easy to purchase tickets.

Extremely helpful customer service
Extremely helpful customer service. Flight changes and price changes are refreshed a bit too quickly making it hard to initially book.
