Jenny was very helpful and had a great knowledge of the type of holiday ( skiing ) we wanted. She responded to our request to give us some options quickly as a group of friends were having a meeting to discuss our trip in two days. Your agent not just sold us a holiday but took the time to select with us a cabin that would tick all the boxes for us in terms of price, comfort, access to best viewing experience (our first balcony cabin cruise) and a position which restricted the amount of walking (my wife has a hip problem). She was also on hand to sort out parking issues and all relevant paperwork re boarding passes. All we had to do was show up at the car park, park the car and walk on the ship.
