Miles Morgan Travel - Stroud Omdömen 

I was booking a holiday to the Isle of Man. I entered the booking office with very little idea of what was available, all I knew were the dates of my proposed travel. The consultant was very helpful and patient and took me through a variety of hotels on the island. She was also very helpful in arranging flights and car hire. All in all it was a very smooth booking.

Friendly but professional assistance from Karen (plus odd bits of advice from her colleague) again. One visit and our holiday was booked.

They are very helpful, don't make you feel rushed, because it can take a while to decide. Thorough with details, so you are aware. The staff are well travelled, so understand requirements. Also, they are local, so can pop in and ask questions, always useful.

Karen made my booking , have booked with her quite a few times now and she’s absolutely brilliant! She’s very helpful in answering any queries when making a booking. She’s very caring and she makes that known!

Amazing service from Jenny as usual. We wanted a good but cheap city break. One visit and Jenny furnished us with options. We chose the cheapest and she organised the lot in one visit, bish bash bosh, winter break sorted :-).

There were four adult females with different preferences for accommodation and travelling to and from the destination, the staff where excellent In presenting different selections to put the package together.
The one problem we had was that the company she was talking to on the phone would not give us a breakdown of the cost, eg, travel, hotel accommodation and to book an excursion it all came in one lump sum per person.

We've been dealing with Jennifer for years. We always aim to go to her. Jennifer has patients to go through as many holidays we ask. Check all aspects and what's more delightful she remembers past holidays and knows which holidays to aim for.
