Miles Morgan Travel - Portishead Omdömen

Tracey , found the ideal holiday for us , there was a lot of requirements we needed and she ticked every box.

Excellent service given! All the options were explained really well and I left feeling excited about the holiday!

Spoke to Megan to book a couple of holidays fir 2026. She was very patient, professional and helpful. I visited the shop for the first time and also thanked Vicky and Fiona for helping me book a Norwegian Cruise last year, very understanding and guided me to book the right holiday, it was marvellous and exactly the kind of holiday I requested and needed. Will definitely be booking future holidays with Miles Morgan at Portishead as a great team. Thank you.

Vicky was amazing, we needed to organise a special holiday abroad for nine people which included four flying from Gatwick. We needed somewhere all inclusive & suitable for ages from 14 to 80. Vicky helped us so much with finding rooms which suited a family of 4 & doing her best to make sure we all arrived on the same day & nearly the time. She organised private transfers for both parties so we dont have to wait around at the airport & could all meet at the hotel.

Having booked with Miles Morgan portishead Branch previously for a cruise holiday. We had no hesitation to book again for another cruise. Having dealings with Teresa Bird at the branch who is very professional, patient , informative, friendly we have peace of mind.

Very helpful and professional. Made a difficult time so much easier. Thank you

The whole experience was centred around what we wanted as a couple, very friendly, efficient and value for money.

The care given by Fiona who didn’t rush us at all

All the team were extremely helpful with excellent customer service and awareness. I hadn't booked a holiday in many years but need not have worried as Tracey understood perfectly what I wanted and found the ideal hotel and location for me. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was smooth and very professional. I would highly recommend Miles Morgan as an excellent Travel Agent.

Excellent service as always from Tracey at Miles Morgan. Quick and efficient and always great advice to get the best from your holiday.

Such a pleasant experience

Always very friendly and knowledgeable. Found us exactly what we wanted

As always, excellent service. Another long haul holiday booked😀

Megan was extremely helpful and a very good listener. We felt we were guided to the right holiday for us, rather than being sold addons we didn't really need.
This was particularly useful as we have neither been on a cruise or been to Norway before.

we were looking at a specific cruise but we wanted specific flights to get there which were proving difficult to find. After much trying we were able to get what we wanted and our agent Tracey also managed to get us a discount on the cruise company price.
