Although very busy, Claire was happy to make enquiries on our behalf, offer advice and ensured that we had all the information we needed before going ahead with our booking. Went to Miles Morgan on Saturday hoping to book a holiday for the following week after, Emma was busy and had an appointment for 2pm aswell, she said she would ring me with some holiday options, she rang back at 4.30 to say her appointment had just finished and could Claire phone me on Monday, I said that was fine with me. Claire phoned me and said she'd emailed me about six late bookings so I said I would look at them after work and choose one with my partner and book by phone in the morning. Rang Claire in the morning, told her which one I wanted, booked and paid for within 15 minutes, will collect documents later, couldn't have been easier, was so much better looking at the choices at home on line, thank you so much to Claire and Emma and all the staff at Miles Morgan for getting me a great holiday!
