My husband and I were looking to book a holiday to Malta. The staff member we spoke to at the Gloucester shop listened to what we wanted. He gave us alternative airport prices, and at no time was any pressure put on us to make a decision. A credit to the company.

The staff understood what we wanted and…
The staff understood what we wanted and came up with a few options and prices. We were undecided for a while and eventually called back three weeks before we want to go. The prices had dropped quite a bit and there was still some availability for the location so we got a good deal and the staff were also able to check us in at Bristol airport and we chose our seats on the plane. It was so easy. Last year they did a rail itinerary for us with railbookers and that was so easy too. We asked for budget hotels and every single one was a gem (Amsterdam, Bruges and Paris)

India Golden Triangle & Ganges River Cruise
Leyanne has a very good front line personality, once she realised the purpose of my visit ley broke the ice with " would you like a coffee" & I settled in straight away. Ley was very professional whilst on the phone with Riviera, securing a 48 hr 'think over' period.
But the 'cherry on the cake' was when branch manager Conor regaled his own personal memories, experience, photographs of the very same trip I was seeking.
Within 3 hrs of private deliberation, I returned to the branch paid my deposit & secured my holiday insurance... All's good, feeling very confident.
