Sat and listened to what i wanted from a holiday. Had the answers at hand, if they didnt know they rang the company to find out. One to one contact. They had great knowledge of south africa which was a country i wanted to find out more about, if i was happy i would book up, which i did.

I have just returned from a truly wonderful Marella cruise around part of the Adriatic, visiting some absolutely beautiful places and, along the way, meeting some lovely fellow solo passengers that I am still in touch with. 🚢☀️

Looking back, I have to say that a big part of the enjoyment started right here in Clifton, with Miles Morgan Travel.

From the moment I walked through the door, the whole experience was so easy and personal. I gave Louise, the Manager, a timeframe and a budget to work with, and she took the time to listen, understand what I was looking for and guide me through the various options.

Together we found an itinerary and cabin that suited me perfectly and, importantly, stayed within my price range. The advice I received from Louise and the whole team was excellent. They are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely interested in making sure you choose the right holiday for you.

What really impressed me was the genuine enthusiasm and kindness they showed. When I finally decided that this was the cruise for me, the whole team seemed genuinely delighted for me — and that mean't a lot to me.

Having now experienced this cruise and returned home with some wonderful memories, I can honestly say that I’m so pleased I chose Miles Morgan Travel again.

They have certainly become my go-to travel agent in Clifton, Bristol.

Went into the Clifton branch to enquire about a trip we had seen. Spoke to a brilliant helpful lady called Alvita, after clearing up questions we had about the trip, Alvita kindly booked the trip for us and explained what would happen with the booking and what information I would need to send. We will definitely use Miles Morgan travel again and have no hesitation in recommending the service.
