There were issues over getting flights on the dates we wanted and she went the extra mile to ensure we were able to go on the holiday which involved her staying late in the office. This is not the first time we have booked a holiday with Kate and her customer service skills are some of the best we have ever known. She is a real asset to Miles Morgan Travel.

The ladies in the Cirencester branch are very helpful and friendly. I'm not very confident booking a foreign holiday on line. It was nice to be able to go into a travel agent and have th reassurance that it has all been booked correctly.
