Another fab holiday booked…
Natalie had already done so much work before we arrived to book our holiday. This made sure she had every aspect of the holiday covered and all our questions answered without the need of any research while we were in the shop with her.

A First Class service with a smile
I gave Karen a detailed brief which she acted on immediately and offered us a number of options, all of which we rejected. but Karen persisted and within a couple of days we were offered a package which suited us perfectly.

Excellent customer service
We were quite indecisive but Natalie was always accommodating and cheerful. When we finally went to book we asked her to change the the flight which she did. But a little later we realised we had made a mistake , and she changed it back again. Her customer service skills were excellent.
