Mistakes were made in holiday…
Mistakes were made in holiday quotations by the travel agent upon which I made purchase decisions. When I found an error in the quote the travel agent took NO RESPONSIBILITY for the error. After many correspondences I offered that they cancel my booking for which I am still waiting on my deposit to be refunded. Terrible customer service

We did get deposit refunded as an exception and sent back to you earlier than it arrived back to us as gesture of goodwill. However, following our telephone conversation I do take onboard all the points you raised but was grateful for your understanding about staff being under an unusual amount of pressure due to staff shortage due to sickness. Again, we are sorry that you didn't receive the customer service you deserve when booking with us.
