So I've used my GeneSonic Pro now for 4…
So I've used my GeneSonic Pro now for 4 rounds and I have mixed feelings. The speaker is good, lacks a little bass compared to my friend's JBL speaker. The issue I have is I play at a course which has three 9 hole courses. At the end of the first nine, we switch to another and I can't find an easy way to get back to the select course screen to pick the new nine. Is there an easy way to do this without powering the whole unit off?

Regarding the course switching issue — we understand the inconvenience when playing courses with multiple 9-hole layouts. Currently, there isn't a direct way to switch to a different 9-hole course mid-round. To select a new 9-hole course, the current round needs to be ended first.

Mileseey Golf Speaker
Item arrived pretty fast and packaged very well. Product seems to have issues communicating with the app. Also shot tracking has issues. Tracking shots and inputting scores could be made easier (access from main screen). I'm hoping that adjustments can be made through user comments.
This unit has great capabilities but has a large price tag for how it currently performs.
The unit does have good sound but could be better with the ability to add more bass.
The battery life has been great on the first few uses and it charges pretty quick as well.
At this point I don't think I could recommend it at its current price range. If the app and unit are adjusted to user recommendations then my opinion will change.

Regarding shot tracking, the device calculates shot distance based on the recorded start and end points. For the first shot of each hole, both points need to be marked to ensure accurate distance calculation, while follow-up shots will use the previous shot’s end point as the starting point automatically.
We have also recently released app updates to improve the connection experience and overall usability. Your suggestions regarding feature accessibility and the overall user experience have been shared with our product team, and we will continue optimizing the GeneSonic Pro based on customer feedback.

I wish when you tracked your shot on…
I wish when you tracked your shot on the handheld it shows the stats of the swing showing it was saved. Instead it just shows 2 dashes where I feel it should be showing. Randomly it jumps holes which I thought was because, it was in my pocket but proved that wrong. Detail on handheld is great, adjusting pin location is great and sound is amazing. The App says to pair with phone and i do as requested, but then doesn't go to the next step. Just says to pair which I did unsync the pairing multiple times to see if would resolve but hasn't. I sent in an email support ticket and no response yet. When works smooth, its great and very accurate on the stand alone GPS! Compared the read with my buddies range finder. Because of issues I gave 3 and depending on when/if I heard back in my pairing issue could move to a 2 star or 4 star.

Stopped working mid round.
I used the genesonic pro for 2 weeks with no issue. Went to a 9 hole course yesterday that’s close together with low service so the device kept putting me on different holes so I just used it as a speaker. Then on the second go around it disconnected from my phone. When I tried to turn it off, it just cycled between saying the device was detached, device reattached and then the battery level. I unpaired it with my phone and my phone couldn’t find it in Bluetooth for the remaining 7 holes.

Was extremely difficult getting an…
Was extremely difficult getting an email response to return my unused unit. GPS didn’t work at my course. Sent several emails and tried to call many times. Was not able to get ahold of anyone for a couple weeks. Finally someone called me back. Was the most difficult return process ever. And had to pay return shipping fees.

Excellent product and service
I ordered just the gps as my husband had a speaker he really liked only to find out it stopped working! I contacted the company and they were able to cancel the order before it was shipped and I changed the order to the speaker plus gps! My husband loves it. Great sound and stays put.

The speaker is amazing the gps is good enough. The only issue that I’ve run into so far with the gps is that my local course has changed the layout of their holes since last year and it completely threw the gps off. Other than that, very solid.

The Mileseey range finder is a great…
The Mileseey range finder is a great product. Love all tools about it. I would have given it 5 stars, but it didn’t have a magnet on the range finder. I do love it though. You can purchase a magnetic case for it. The only problem is the magnetic flat that has a magnet on the inside of the case comes off over a period of time. Other than that, I enjoy the product.

I love the unit
I love the unit, used it almost daily the past month, my only issue it will not let me delete partial score card from when I first started using it. I can delete the rounds on my phone but not on the device in speaker, says swipe left on round but it won’t swipe left, other than that I love it, I mainly use the distance, score keeping and music.
