Pleasantly surprised
I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of transaction and completion. I was very warey at first as they did need some personal info to access my points to sell. However the customer service lady was very helpful and we did it in a way I did not feel my personal info was at risk. Money appeared in my account within 24 hours of my contact with them .Trustworthy company

Impressive and efficient
I was initially worried about selling my miles as some sites seemed a little sketchy. Mileage Spot was not one of them and they were able to return my quote within 1 business day, which I was extremely impressed about. No one came close to their quote and their efficiency.
