Please don’t order from this company. Unfortunately I didn’t read any of these reviews before purchasing a necklace which has never arrived, the company won’t reply to my emails and the tracking link doesn’t work any more. So I’ve lost £25. Also my credit card shows the company as “MILA ROSE WAN CHAI HK” - not exactly the mother and daughter as shown in the website.

Absolute scam company. Complete lie of a back story. Jewellery is terrible quality and their address is Hong Kong with no return address listed anywhere -
I wish I had never ever purchased. I have emailed 3 times to request a return and no one will get back to me. Absolutely dreadful.
Avoid avoid avoid it’s a scam. Arrives in dreadful cheap plastic bags and the necklace can’t even be worn it’s so short and cheap. I wish I had never found this site. The rings are awful cheap metal.
Really upset about my order -
Don’t fall for the beautiful website and romantic mother and daughter story.

I placed order on 21st July and nothing received to date. Have sent a couple of email as tracking says it’s on its way and hasn’t changed, no response. Extremely disappointing and currently down £55!

Honestly do NOT order from this company. It’s a scam story … after 4 weeks waiting, loads of emails then received the cheapest quality jewellery with made in China on it. They are a company based in Hong Kong.

Fake scam company, they picture a mum and a little girl, make believe that the jewellery is lovely, have a whole bunch of fake reviews that make it look that Trust Pilot have made them a trusted trader. What you get after long delays is a ring that rusts in a day that you can actually buy on Temu. Avoid thid like the plague and do more research before you send any money

The jewellery, loosely speaking since the quality is appalling, made and sent from China and not from the UK which was implied. They arrived 3 weeks after ordering.
I doubt I will see any refund although the awful quality items were damaged when I received them. I will persevere.
Please don't waste your money.

I placed an order on 20th July. Had lots of 'updates' initially but 23 days later and I haven't received the order or any replies to my emails. They took the money immediately though!!!

Item came from china, took 4 weeks from ordering. When it came it looked fine and fit ok. This past weekend I saw someone with the same ring, I asked whether they got it from mila rose because I had the same, they replied "no it's from tenu, 89p". I paid £22. Done over

I too have been scammed. Placed the order 20th July. Not heard anything since despite contacting them numerous times I’ve not had a reply

I'm so glad I bought these products 'on sale' that is assuming that they ever were initially advertised at the full price shown.
The quality of the items is nothing short of Claire's accessories or even Temu/Shein/Aliexpress at best.
I would call the jewellery pretty good fakes even though the images on the website are very clearly gold/silver/real pearls.
The only reason I'm not returning them is that sale items aren't refundable. I won't be making this mistake again and advise folks not to buy here if you're after quality jewellery. If you're after 'not so bad fakes that will probably turn green or discolour in a couple of weeks' then sure, go for it - still not worth the sale price in my opinion.
I wouldn't call it a scam per se, but it's definitely not good quality jewellery.
Buyer beware

Like the other reviewers here, no items have arrived. It’s 6 weeks since I placed my order. The tracking information is fiction. I have contacted the company several times requesting a refund, but they have declined. I can’t believe I fell for this scam. I’m usually very careful. Don’t touch with a barge poll!

The only thing that went right was that eventually the items did turn up. However the quality is comparable to that of a grown up party bag bundle. Really disappointed. I wish I had researched and read the reviews first, I have learnt a lesson.

I have emailed the company in an attempt to return items and get a refund but I don't have much hope.

This is my second review of this scam company. Day 22 and still nothing and the tracking numbers are all from China.
I've had contact with them but the last email I sent wasn't pretty so I probably can say by bye to £75!
I'm contacting my bank regarding these fraudulent sales and reporting them to the online shopping fraud company. I'd recommend you all do the same.
I also located another company with the same pictures and similar story, I called them out instantly!

Update: contacted my bank to start claiming back due to fraudulent selling.
Suggest you all do the same.

Absolute scam waited weeks for the earrings I ordered , received them today opened them to find that the hooped earrings were a different size to each other. They don’t come from where you are led to believe . Wish I had read reviews before I bought !!!!

This is a scam. My order hasn’t arrived and my queries with customer services have gone ignored.

I also have been scammed, rings arrived and colour of "gold" doesn't match what is on the website and also stone colour is different. Trying to reimburse through bank because seller will only refund 30%. I hope these poor reviews are impacting their scam business.

Ring came cheap and nasty. All the bad reviews are right complete sham and sob story.

It's all lies and what you receive is cheap Shein / Temu quality jewellery that is worth a 100th of what you pay.
Don't be fooled with the sob story - there is no mother/ daughter. Its not handmade. Its not closing down. It never existed.

I ordered some earrings & bracelet 21.7.25, both discounted. The bracelet arrived 2 days ago & i’m still waiting for the earnings. Both were for a birthday gift, I’d have never ordered if I’d known delivery would take over 2 weeks! So neither arrived in time for my friend birthday….

It’s not just delivery that’s the issue. When the bracelet arrived it’s such poor quality and looks nothing like the photo, I’d be embarrassed to give it as I gift. I’ve emailed twice now as I want to send back and get a full refund. After reading reviews I’m not hopeful.

I will be contacting trading standards also if I don’t get a reply soon.

I would give zero stars if I could. This is a scam. Not received any of the order I placed 3 weeks ago (delivery expected 2 weeks) emails claimed order on way. “Back story” don’t believe everything you read is what I suggest and this is a scam!
P. S. I have now reported this to the National Cyber security Centre to try to get this site shut down . I suggest everyone who had had a bad experience with this site does the same.
My mistake in not reading reviews however sometimes reviews are not always truthful.
