A very stressful experience
A very stressful experience. Having to alter our own plans at the last minute because of the slowness of the process, having to sign paperwork on an interest rate that we were assured would be renegotiated after we made the purchase, having to contact the broker to remind him that we had a short settlement schedule, having to sign paperwork that spelt my name wrongly and had the deposit we paid also wrong.

This is the first time I have ever bought a house
This is the first time I have ever engaged a mortgage broker, and Andrew has been there with me through the whole journey - guiding me through and answering all my questions no matter how silly. I learnt a lot about buying a house, and felt confident going ahead with the sale because of his reassurances. I will continue to ask Andrew for help in the future too!
