I am writing to formally express my total dissatisfaction with Mifulan. The customer support is substandard, and there is a complete breakdown in communication. Despite my numerous attempts to resolve this, the company has failed to provide any response, resulting in a total loss of my funds. I strongly advise others to exercise caution: Mifulan is not a reputable company.

The item was nothing like what was ordered and dreadful quality and delivered late. Probably wasting my time writing this review but if it persuades one person to avoid these robbers then it will have been worth it.

I am warning you do not order from this website. I ordered a dress for an event and received something completely different feom what I ordered. Now im having the worst time trying to return it.Theyvare saying I am responsible for shipping cost..the shipping adress is in China, they are saying they know the cost will be expensive so they are willing to give me 10% of my money back!!

If it’s possible, I would not give it no stars I thought this website was legit and it’s not place people do not order from this place. I spent $200 received all the items took forever I guess this overseas so I thought it was easy just to return everything back they made it sound so hard and it could probably get lost. They told me so they settled to see if I wanted a 15% refund I agreed but I got $29 back at so ridiculous. Please people do not order from this website, I am trying so hard to see if they can take this website down.

I recently purchased two dresses, they both came back extremely small. I contacted the customer service after going back and forth via email. They finally explained that they don’t provide shipping return labels. And I have to purchase the label on my own, take pictures that I return them. The fact that the dresses need to go to China, the price of the shipping would be more than the dresses. Not to mention the quality of the dresses are not what I was expecting. This experience has been a huge nightmare and a waste of my time and money!

Don't do it! The pictures are beautiful however when you receive the merchandise it is nothing like what you see! The material is a stretchy satin like fabric. No denim to be seen. No receipt or information was in the packaging, and it took close to a month to get it. I am praying I can get a refund. Beware......

If I could leave negative 5 stars I would! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!! They are a complete scam. I found them on Pinterest and ordered 3 pairs of what was supposed to be cute printed JEANS! I spent $53 for each pair. I should have done my homework and looked for reviews, but I didn’t. I received 3 pairs of very ugly polyester type stretchy pants with the print bleeding into the next design. I wouldn’t even make my worst enemy wear these as a joke. They are really terrible. It took me forever to get my money back, which they weren’t going to give me until I threatened them with reporting to the Better Business Bureau, which I did. They need to be shut down! This is complete fraud!!

Someone needs to take legal action to get this site removed from the internet. They're a scam. What they send is incredibly late, completely different from what's advertised, and the quality is the worst possible. I considered donating the clothes I bought, but I figured even homeless people don't deserve such terrible things. And if you offer to return them, they want to charge an absurd amount to return something they sent that's completely different from what you bought and of rubbish quality. I had to cancel the payment directly with the credit card company. Do this, because as long as they make a profit deceiving people, they'll continue.

What I get for not reading reviews before purchasing the items. DO NOT BUY. Total scam. Material of the jeans I purchased around even jeans. It’s cheap and they sell the items at a price that doesn’t even match the value of the clothing.

If you want to return, you have to pay shipping cost to China. I was able to receive an almost 50% refund without a return but still not worth the hassle. Save your time and money.

These people are completely oblivious to criticism of their fraudulent conduct. 122 1 star reviews, they dont care. Every new customer gets plucked and doesn't return, they just dont care. The business model is ‘bank the first purchase which is over priced and too bad about the fall out. My specific complaint is the advert shows a skirt and top described as a “set”. Only the top arrived. Their response “ you have to buy the skirt separately”. Well in english a ‘set’ means more than one. In China it must mean “steal money from customers who foolishly trust us”

Never buy from this shop. The quality is horrendous! I opened the package and immediately returned the trousers to the packaging, as there was no point in even trying them on. They don't look anything like the pictures, and the material used is terrible.

i spent almost $300 on a matching skirt /top set and recieved an extremely low quality plan black dress that truly looked like something off temu but even worse somehow

Same thing here---ordered a beautiful high-quality dress and got a cheaply made dress that was clearly not the same item in the photo. Paid a high-cost for shipping and was asked to send it back and pay for the shipping return. I'm filing a chargeback.

I wish I would have read this page before purchasing from Mifulan. I ordered jeans and got clown pants. I want to return but they won’t respond. Total rip off.
