Amazing customer service. Have a few items from them and they never disappoint. Encountered an issue with delivery but they handled it brilliantly and I’m happy with the outcome and how professional they where.

The shipment time was a little long but fine.
It is a disgrace that not all duties are paid for EU, even more so when you pay almost 10€ for shipping and competitors pay the duties / taxes fully.

Now the product, the chains (Medusa necklace and trident necklace) were AWFUL. The color was not the same golden one as in the pictures, but a very cheap silverish one. They were for sure not costed in 18K Gold judging by the color. What was even worse was the Sound that the chains made when moving, sounding like tin cans rubbing on eachother.

I have various chains that are 316L stainless Stell plated in 18K Gold from other sellers and they are way better and some even cheaper than these terrible products.

I have returned them (had to pay that myself too) and am still waiting for the refund.

All in all, better spend your money somewhere else. These chains are from China (stated on the export declaration) and of very poor quality for the Price they have.
Buy somewhere else and if you want cheap chains like these you van probably get them at big fast fashion companies.

Very unique, affordable, and quality necklaces. I love the varied designs, lengths, and thicknesses. Considering it came from Europe, shipping to the US was quite fast. Customer service was very responsive. My only issue is wanting more items in stock with more size variety, a good problem to have :)

Delivered within 1 day which is amazing. Bought a chain and a necklace both amazing quality and look great at a fair price. Would highly recommended.

This is the second purchase I made. I got the sunrise necklace and heavyweight cuban chain. The necklaces never fade, even wearing them to the gym. Nice quality with a good price.

The bracelet I bought just broke with in a month of the purchase, I want a full refund on that product.

It's the third time i make a purchase at Midnight. The quality is really good and I wore my last purchase almost everyday without it breaking or having any scratches or change in color. Nothing ! It looks like brand new while wearing it everyday even sleeping with it and taking shower. I strongly recommend.

Bought chain & trident pendant for my son. He is very happy with it. Would have looked nice if it had arrived in a small gift box instead of 2 small plastic pouches.

Horrible ! It took them so long to get me two necklaces that I order and on top of that they said I had to pay 24.71€ extra to receive it ! And they did not say anything about that when I was buying them! Such a fraud!
