Read small print very carefully!
Didn’t make it absolutely clear ‘next day delivery’ didn’t apply to weekends, therefore paid extra for delivery but didn’t arrive till ‘normal’ delivery tariff.

Website states in stock but actually isnt.
Ordered something on Friday from this company specifically because it said it was in stock and had 2-5 day delivery time. Come to Monday (today) morning and I get email saying it is not in stock and no eta from the manufacturer. Yeah very helpful. Not Impressed at all. Why is it in stock on the website and not actually in stock.
Edit: this is not an issue with delivery method. It is an issue with your website, why say it’s in stock when it’s actually not, this is what I have an issue with.

Our website states “In Stock” for items which are in stock and "delivery typically within x working days" depending on lead time. In this specific instance, it meant the item can typically take 2 to 5 working days (these do not include weekends or bank holidays) and we're sorry this wasn't clear.
As you placed the order Friday evening, we unfortunately didn't see the order until Monday morning at which point we found out the item has been discontinued and contacted you immediately.
Finally, we understand you selected Next Day Delivery at checkout which may have added to the confusion, so thank to your feedback, we are looking into amending the notice which currently states that orders must be placed by 3pm and possibly disabling it for out of stock products to avoid possible confusion for others.
We're very sorry about your experience on this occasion and I understand that a refund has been processed for you.

They took an order for an item showing in stock on their website, after close to two weeks and the item not being delivered I made contact.
Their response was that the item is not in stock and there is not date on when it will be... nothing more.
They know that this item is not available to deliver yet still advertise it as in stock on their website, even after telling me it won't be available.
Following my email to them informing them to refund my money, I get a call from their sales team threatening me and claiming that they can provide the item and they are professional. In my experience, no company which is professional threatens its clients.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Firstly, we’re sorry that you understood “delivered from manufacturer” to mean that it was in stock and available – we have since requested an update to the text to include “please allow longer lead times” to help others who may misunderstand the stock status. During this process, we have also found out from the manufacturer that the item is discontinued and have updated our website as such.
Secondly, we have been operating and supplying the NHS and members of the public since 2005 and are certainly not a fraudulent business.
Finally, we understand that your refund was processed during the call and to reiterate, we are very sorry about your experience on this occasion and we will be listening to the call and investigate accordingly.

EXCELLENT
EXCELLENT , I have used MIDMEDS for over 6 years now and with a Practice of over 20,000 patients having a good supplier is important , It is our one stop shop for everything from room supplies , equipment , Calibration and PAT testing , Pharmaceutical supplies . The Staff are always helpful and nothing is any trouble , delivery fast and efficient well packed and never a problem . I never feel the need to go anywhere else and would go as far as saying MIDMEDS is part of OUR TEAM ...

I have been using this company for a few years and the service is outstanding. The support and customer relations I receive from Tina is A*. Delivery is quick and easy and it is a pleasure to deal with such a helpful company. Tina is an asset to MidMeds.

I cannot recommend MidMeds highly enough. Switching our business to them in 2021 has made a huge difference to the practice. The staff are friendly and will help with any query, the products arrive quickly and the paperwork is clear and accurate. Thank you.

Terrible company
Terrible company, I purchased an item from them and never recieved it, I have tried to contact them via email and the contact form on their website but recieve no response. Awful, definitely don't purchase anything from them!

Katie has been very helpful in getting my out of stock order to me and has offered nothing but polite and quick customer support. With a discount on my order for my troubles, the customer support made up for any miscommunication initially.
