My rating is for the quality of product…
My rating is for the quality of product purchased not the customer service. I ordered a power unit for LED light string. The power cord, which plugs into 110V AC was not prewired into the power unit by the manufacturer. It needed to be connected to two screw terminals separated by a small divider and covered by a flimsy plastic cover. I consider this an unsafe product and returned it. They refunded my purchase minus the original shipping cost in a reasonable amount of time. I would their customer service 5 stars.

Micro-Mark's prices for ordinary modeling materials are exorbitantly
high. Selfishly, they serve only to discourage the growth of the hobby industry, particularly insofar as young, aspiring modelers with limited incomes are concerned.
