Misrepresentation, Buyer Beware

Because I was so disappointed by the cheap looking machine I received in the mail, that's what prompted me to check the micoaes website more closely. I feel VERY MISLED - Google shows the address they list on their website is a hotel/apartment, not a factory at all. They claim to be a manufacturer? Customer service and communication is terrible, revealing they know basically nothing about how any machines work. Very unhappy with bad quality of machine and these dishonest business practices I mentioned. Buyer Beware!

My sales person was NOT knowledgeable…

My sales person was NOT knowledgeable of my product. Also, one picture of one machine with several diff descriptions. Do not order from these people!

Wonderful laser machine

Excellent customer service

I contacted this company after being unhappy with service from another provider.
They were extremely helpful and sent me all the information I needed. I would highly recommend this company and will be buying equipment from them in the future
