First time at Baldock branch...defintely will not be the last.
Chantelle at the Baldock branch dealt very sensitively with our OAP haircut today. Very friendly; respectful of the client; free beer was a bonus! I will definitely be getting my husband to book his next cut with Mick's.

You always get more than a haircut when you visit Mick's for an haircut. Rob's been cutting our hair for a while now and never fails to please, but anyone who's ever sat waiting in a barbers knows that some are better to wait in than others..and this one definetely pleases on all counts.

Terrible service
Went to their Hertford location and got a haircut from Rob. Probably the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten, the sides aren’t even and he cut the top too short. Never going back there again.

I can't apologise enough for your bad experience.
If you would like a refund by all means come on in and maybe another 1 of the team will be able to give you the experience and haircut you should have had.

First time I have used Mick's and it was perfect. James cut my hair, did a great job, was quick, accurate and had a nice chat with him. Would recommend and I would definitely use again.
