I cannot recommend the MHR Clinic enough. Although I had thought about it for years, I was initially nervous about getting a hair transplant. Meeting the team in Harrogate gave me the confidence and courage to go ahead with the procedure - and I am so glad that I did. The initial consultation with the friendly, warm and kind Anna in Harrogate really put my mind at ease. She expertly explained the procedure and answered every question I had. I met my surgeon (Dr. Kunnure) 2 weeks before the procedure who went through the process with me in great detail. The staff in Knutsford (especially Gillian) were very welcoming and helpful throughout the day. If you are thinking about a hair transplant but not sure if its for you- go and meet Anna! Her kind, patient and thoughtful approach to what can be a very embarrassing subject will put your mind at ease, and give you the confidence to start on your hair restoration journey!

The MHR clinic in Harrogate is in the most beautiful surroundings. And the welcome received equals that. Natalie and Anna are two lovely ladies, always friendly, and always with a smile. Creating a relaxing environment at a worrying time.
After starting a years laser treatment, along with daily hair serum and medication, I noticed a difference after only seven weeks. At the half way mark, results were noticeably visible. Almost at the end and the results are amazing. I’ll be continuing treatment at home with a home laser, along with the serum and medication.
This is a costly process, but worth every penny, and I’d recommend it to anyone.

I can’t recommend MHR Hair Restoration Clinic in Harrogate highly enough! From the moment I walked through the door, the experience was exceptional. The entire team is professional, welcoming, and genuinely committed to delivering the best results for their clients.

A special mention has to go to Anna, the Senior Consultant – she is absolutely outstanding. From the very first consultation, she made me feel at ease, took the time to listen to my concerns, and explained every step of the process in a clear and reassuring way. Her knowledge and expertise are second to none, and her passion for helping people regain their confidence is truly inspiring. You can tell she genuinely cares about every individual who walks into the clinic, and her follow-up care is just as impressive as her initial consultations.

Equally, Natalie, who handles front-of-office support, is a total gem. Hair Transplant completed!! Contacted MHR for my 2nd Transplant as I did not want to travel abroad for the procedure. After reading some awful reviews on other clinics local to me. I was very apprehensive that I would end up with poor results and it was hairline lowering I wanted. So any mistakes would be very obvious!

I was also keen to know that the surgeon would be performing the procedure and not be left to assistants.

I went to MHR LEEDS and met the lovely and charming Anna who gave me confidence in the surgeon and clinic and did not try to sell me other services and I was clear, I only wanted a Transplant and nothing else.

An appointment was made for me with Dr Kunnure at MHR Manchester. He was thorough and knowledgable and put my mind at rest. I spent many days Googling reviews and no one had a bad word to say. I also contacted two previous patients (with permission) who both raved about MHR and Dr Kunnure and sent me excellent photos of their results.

I decided to proceed and although nervous still that I had chosen the right clinic and surgeon. I decided to go ahead and book.

On the day I litreally could not have asked for a better team. Everything went as planned and we were done by 3pm with 1800(ish) grafts exctracted by dr Kunnure and implanted into his precise incisions by the the tow lovely assitants who informed me they have been doing this at various clinics for over 20 years.

Once complete, the Doc went through all the aftercare needed and a bag of aftercare products was handed over.

Well, what I can I say. The results have turned out fantastic. No visible scarring in the donor area. (which I was worried about, especially as my 2nd one) perfect hairline and densly packed with grafts. Very little, if any, drop outs! All the scabs have cleared and come off. No infections or issues.

I'm really happy I chose MHR and Dr Kunnure and glad I didnt go elsewhere.

I couldnt reccomend them enough. If you want a transplant completed to very high standard, then go to these guys.

The staff are very welcoming, coffee is good and a nice drive to the Knutsford branch. As for the treatment really professional all the way through from start to finish including the assessments. Soft sell at the end of the 12 month course. I am now wearing less caps on a day to day basis hair is on it's journey and getting stronger & fuller each week. Only constructive feedback is the finasteride course runs out before the overall course finishes, however cheap enough to top up.

Can't recommend mhr clinic enough all the staff are realy friendly. Been coming a few months now and seen great improvements already.

Underwent a years treatment course including laser therapy at the clinic and couldn’t be more pleased with the results. My hair is so much thicker and more healthy, no more receding hairline! All in
very pleasant and relaxing surroundings with staff who are very caring and efficient.

I was reached out to my the MHR clinic about a consultation about getting a hair transplant as for many years I had been deliberating on whether or not to get one done. I finally decided to make the change to get a consultation with them to see what they had to offer and answer the questions I have about the treatment and medication I would have to take going forward. I had my consultation in December 2023 when I was at the point of either having to have a hair transplant or shave my hair and at not even 30 years old I needed to make the change and have a consultation as it was really effecting my mindset and confidence. I was given an honest but fair judgement from the consultants and they gave me the option to have a hair transplant or receive the laser hair treatment and I subsequently chose the later option and have done a 12 month treatment of it with taking daily tablets of finasteride and herbal tablets also and never ever looked back. Everyone who works there is really friendly and lovely and made my experience their so welcoming and answered any questions I had during my time there. I have noticed significant improvement in my hair loss being stopped and hair has regrown on my crown which was balding at a rapid rate and still require another course of action but very happy with progress and ultimately it's made me so much happier and got my confidence back and therefore in such a better place than I was! I can not rate this company for people who are contemplating getting a hair transplant or laser hair treatment as I've had it done and never ever looked back! Consultants and people there are lovely and have made the experience worthwhile and easy going. They are super helpful and can answer all of any questions! Honestly one of the best decision I've made to date in life with gaining my confidence back!

The team can’t do enough to alleviate any anxieties that you may have - there is also no feeling of being pressurised into signing up for a treatment plan - the treatment involves daily medication (prescription and herbal) - use of a spray on the scalp (twice a day) and a relaxing 40 minute heat treatment session on the scalp every 2 weeks at the clinic

I chose MHR based on reviews and didn’t contact any other hair restoration companies after my initial consultation with Dean - I naively thought that a transplant would be my only option before contacting MHR

You have an assessment at approximately 4 monthly intervals to check on progress if you choose a 12 month plan - I recently had my 8 month assessment and was really pleased with the results when compared to the images of my scalp at the initial consultation

I can’t praise MHR enough and highly recommend having a consultation to understand the process and discuss a treatment plan that you can then take time to consider without any obligation to continue

After undergoing the 8-month LLLT restoration process at the MHR Clinic Harrogate, I can honestly say that it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Almost a year ago, I wouldn’t leave the house without wearing a hat, my confidence was on the floor and I had an underlying sadness that wouldn’t go away because I was losing my hair. I did some last minute research in hopes that there was something I could do to change this and save my hair. I came across MHR Clinic and from the very first consultation, I felt like I was in good hands. I was listened to, I felt understood and I felt like I’d found the help I’d been searching for. After 8 months of LLLT, topical medication and oral herbal vitamins, I’ve restored my hair to a level that I feel confident without a hat again! I know my hair will never be what it was, or that it will ever be “perfect”, but I’m at a point of feeling comfortable with that part of my appearance again. The whole process was made so pleasant from the lovely staff and welcoming environment, to a point where I feel almost sad that I won’t be going back every 2 weeks anymore. It’s not the cheapest process or decision to make, my honestly, it was worth every penny! If you’ve got the financial ability to do it, I would say don’t hesitate - save your hair whilst you can!
