BMW M2C purchased from Malaysia
I purchased a BMW M2 Competition from Malaysia thru Chris and MHHs services. Generally pleasant experience but marred by 2 incidents;
First, was there was some additional shipping charges upon the cars arrival in Malaysia which I was unaware off. However, MHH agreed to bear the extra costs which I am grateful.
Second, a proper inspection wasn't performed prior to loading the car into the container. As such some loose items were missed out for insurance purposes. Subsequently one item was lost and I was unable to make a claim for the loss. Efforts reach an amicable solution for the oversight was ignored and I had to bear the loss out of my own pocket which was disappointing.

For your car, we were involved in hundreds of communications which you have described as generally pleasant so we are a little disappointed at your 3/5 rating following two incidents over which we had no control.
For Malaysia our service is CIF to your port so the additional shipping charge for clearance is not included. However as a gesture of goodwill we immediately offered to settle this amount so that your experience could remain at an overall high level.
On the second matter at no stage were we aware that loose items were to be shipped in the car, and indeed would have advised against it without specifically listing on the BL. We promptly responded when you requested compensation but given we had already offered goodwill, declined.
We hope these matters will soon be forgotten, and that the car is otherwise everything you hoped for.

This company is a fraud
This company is a fraud, Chris Nelson in particular. He assured that my car was produced in August 2020, but when I received it, it was May 2019. He also lost the second key and messed up the car docs, all of which didn't allow me to register and use my car for 3 months after l received it.
Also, Alistair Benn, CEO, MHH International, is a dishonest person: he asked me to alow him some time to answer my last email, but never replied.
In summary, I sustained a huge loss and inconvenience from this company. Avoid it.
Legal action is in order and will start soon.

We are so disappointed that your experience has not been the positive experience we strive to deliver and many previous customers enjoyed for more than 10 years. Your allegations of fraud are deeply disappointing. We have passed all information to our solicitors who will respond in due course. To respond to your specific points:
- The details we shared were provided by the main supplying dealer.
- As you know, the key unfortunately was lost by DHL for which we refunded you the replacement costs within 24 hours.
- There was a paperwork error which was highly irregular and was rectified at the first possible opportunity.
- Alistair responded to you by email within the agreed time (11th March 5pm).
Naturally, we take our customer service very seriously and remain committed to delivering excellent service for all our customers.

Importing car from UK to Fiji
Few months back I was planning to import a car form UK into Fiji and I found the perfect car on Facebook so I contacted Alister and the team from MHH and they did a wonderful job picking the car up form the seller and handling the money transaction process and organising the shipping .
