Despite my attempts to instruct Myerson Itd to cap their fees from the beginning they kept charging extortionate fees ,maximising their bill at every step. I have never come across so morally bankrupt solicitors as Myerson Itd.
I wish I had read the numerous negative reviews about them before entrusting Myerson Itd with my matter. This has been the worst professional service I have ever encountered.
Money greedy and lacking any compassion Myerson Itd succeeded in extracting as much money as possible for themselves by exploiting the failings of the crumbling UK justice system of backlogs, online court claims to the fullest extent.
Myerson Itd generated an invoice charging extortionate fees a year after closing the tenure and sent it to my old address. As I never received any paperwork and had no knowledge about it, I did not attend the court hearing . However, Myerson Itd driven solely by obtaining the court fee money demanded I pay the court fees for the court hearing I never knew about as they sent the paperwork to my old address, and for the court hearing I could not attend due to going through a medical emergency at the time . Even after all their extortionate fees were settled in full plus employing barbaric procedures and sending an enforcement agency whilst I was going through a medical treatment and after a doctor's note and a letter were sent to the court confirming this!
I would strongly agree with all the negative reviews that are echoing exactly what happened to me.
And I am supporting the statements made by their unfortunate causalities stating the following :
"the invoicing system verged on the threatening even after the bill had been paid"
"Avoid this firm at all costs"
"They ate through that money and racked up double the amount to tell me they thought I now didn't have a case"
"Myersons, in spite of my vulnerability, proceeded to sue me and got a CC against me which I am fighting."
"I feel bullied and harassed and am taking further action."
"They have made a difficult situation infinitely worse.

I hope this review will discourage many never to use Myerson ltd in any capacity.

After this ordeal, I have no choice but to report my experience to the Solicitors Regulatory Authority (SRA). It seems my experience aligns with others who have dealt with Myerson.

They cost us the chain twice trying to move house because they take many weeks to respond and forget to do simple things asked of them by the other solicitor, 6 months later no closer and no home. Look elsewhere.

Stay away from this law firm. Please avoid! These guys lie blatantly about taking your case but then refuse it. It was terrible and felt awful when their attorney suddenly decided not to stay on the case. They gave some silly excuses, but I realized one thing for sure, these people are fake, evil, and unethical. They give you hope only to snatch it away. Their arrogant attitude will cost them big someday. After all, karma does work!
