Mex furniture are a fantastic company to deal with I bought a TV unit but when it arrived it had one missing part and one broken part so I contacted them and they sorted out both problems without hesitation I'm
100% happy with the service I received

Just put up our display unit it looks fab good quality at a very reasonable price !
Had some issues with some broken panels but the customer service was excellent and these were promptly replaced ,, we would definitely recommend Mex furniture !!!

I dont normally leave reviews, but i felt after the exceptional serice I recieved It was important that I shared my expereinece. Ive ordered a unit from Mex a few years ago through ebay and had a straight forward service then.
In January 2026 I decided that I wanted to purchase the same white unit with a black gloss door. Unfortunately the only options available was with a white or grey door.
I spoken with a Lady named Natalia. She went above and beyond to locate a black gloss door. Adter 1 week she had found the back door and swap the unit door for this black one. Recived the following day. Absolutely fantastic. Thank you

Avoid seller is mis-selling. Purchased a unit with high gloss doors but the doors hardly have any gloss/reflection at all. LED lights are poor quality and wires and lights are exposed even though the advert photo show these are hidden. No safety latch provided so a health and safety risk.

ordered unit said 24/48 hours delivery 10 days later still no unit tried to contact by telephone no success sent email to be told they would chase up and get back to me 2 days later still waiting sent another email today and Natalia kindly sorted this out for me Cancelled the order and a refund was given after 13 days mickey mouse company

The customer service of this company is exemplary. Our unit was delivered broken. The box had clearly been walked on whilst in transit as there were big black footprints on the box and the majority of the panels were split. We had not noticed or unpacked and checked the unit for over 2 weeks due to a delay in our carpet being laid but when we did I emailed mex furniture with photos and they immediately responded saying they'll send the broken parts out again immediately with no question. This they did and within a few short days we were able to put our unit together. The unit is great and of good quality. We are so pleased with it and the after care and service we received was next to none. Will be buying another one to match for our other alcove. Thank you Natalia & Mex Furniture for your speedy and understanding customer service. You made an upsetting and stressful situation an entirely different experience.

I am extremely pleased with the furniture I purchased. The quality exceeded my expectations — the materials are solid, durable, and beautifully finished. Ordered a tv unit, this was delivered on time and with amazing communication. Natalia in their customer service department was excellent throughout the transaction and went above and beyond when we needed the LED lights changing over. I cannot fault this company, I’ve seen previous reviews and can honestly say I have received an excellent product at a great price with first class customer service. I would recommend and buy from here again.

Update 23 November:
As a goodwill gesture, I received a discount and replacement parts. The parts that arrived were also damaged. I ordered the item through B&Q, order number: 1056058066-A.

Again, I have requested a full refund as this is all quite bizarre - you'd think extra care would be taken to ensure the replacement is of satisfactory quality.

I strongly advise avoiding this seller. My order (Oct 7–27, 2025) turned into a month-long headache.

07/10: One of two parcels never arrived.

16/10: I had to drive to Parcelforce’s Newport depot to collect it myself; the box was torn and the unit inside was chipped/damaged (I provided photos).

After multiple messages, the seller promised a full replacement and gave a DHL tracking number, saying it would arrive by Thu 23/10.

27/10: No delivery. I was then told the parcel was “lost in transit” and, despite earlier assurances, the item is now out of stock. The proposed “solution” was for me to identify part numbers so they could send replacement parts—after weeks of delays and damage.

Communication was polite but contradictory (booked/replacing one day, out of stock the next), and there was no timely resolution. I’ve requested a full return and refund.

If you value reliable delivery and straightforward after-sales support, shop elsewhere.

Ordered 2 items of furniture. Delivered within 2 days. Easy to build. Happy with the products and nice to have email asking if everything was ok with the products.

Excellent purchase and quick delivery. Instructions were very good.

I ordered 2 units from Mex and am very pleased with the units and the excellent service received from Natalia on behalf of the company. One door had a mark which seemed to be below the gloss finish. It could not be seen under the protective film, so no fault of Mex. I contacted Mex by email and received a reply within 15 minutes. I took a photo of the door and sent it to them. Within 1 hour I was sent a tracking number and a replacement door arrived in 2 days. Could not be more pleased so would definitely recommend purchasing from Mex.

Bought two Grey Gloss Display Cabinets directly online, I was able to use two discount codes so got over 15% discount.
Goods were delivered within 3 days, good quality for the price, however one door was dinted so I sent Mex an email late Friday night, I didn't expect any reply straight away because they are closed on Saturday & Sunday, but I got a reply on Saturday saying that they would send a replacement on Monday along with a tracking number.
The replacement door was received on a 24 hour carrier on Tuesday morning, really good customer support.
My experience was all 5 star, I notice from some of the reviews that people found the assembly difficult, I can't understand why, I can only say that if you can't assemble flat pack furniture then you probably shouldn't buy it.

I bought their cupboard cabinet from B&Q for £179. To assemble it was really difficult, because of the quality of the product is very low. The screw holes are not in line. I am so disappointed!!! They sell this product as high gloss grey cabinet but only the doors are high gloss. It looks differently as it shows in the pictures. It has such a poor quality! Looks awful. The screws which would hold the glass shelves are not screwable, because of the poor wood quality. The company should not make products what they are not good in it. Do not recommend to buy their products. It’s not worth the money!

Had I have read the reviews on this site I would have stayed well clear, but........
I ordered the 1.6m TV unit at 10 am.
The unit arrived next day (midday) via DHL.
Tracked number provided and accurate.
No damage to external packaging and well protected internally with no other damage.
Easy to put together although instructions weren't that great,but in my experience of flat packs they never are!
Study the dimensions to make sure your electrical items fit.
If your appliances have a fitted plug ,is the lead detachable? otherwise you will need a hole saw as the standard holes in the back of the unit are not big enough to twist a standard plug through.
Overall everything was a good fit .
Unit is sturdy and looks good with no damage.
Certainly not a bad experience for me.

Item I brought was cheap looking, not white in colour as stated but yellowish. Appalling customer service. Took weeks to get back to me. Avoid this company

Shocking the tv stand we got was not the same as one In picture poor quality I'd like to say it's as bad as argos furniture but that would be too harsh on argos don't waste your money with this tat

Absolutely shocking company. Brought a cabinet, it hard bits missing. It's been 6weeks now and they are basically finding every excuse not to collect the package. I am now going to the ombudsman. Do not buy from this company! The customer services is terrible. They won't answer or rectify, they just send the same message over and over.

I bought a Display Cabinet, quality is not same as described,hinge is faulty.want to return but they did not accept the return.
I am totally Gutted that customers should have right to return due to the faulty parts or even change mind unused things within 28 days
