I am writing this to warn other traders…
I am writing this to warn other traders about MEX Atlantic (MultiBank Group). My account (923381) recently had USD 42,953.36 deducted by their legal department under the vague claim of "abusive trading."
The most shocking part is that I acted in complete good faith. Before I began my trading activity, I contacted their official live support to ask if my strategy (scalping and full margin) was permitted. Their representative, Becky, explicitly confirmed: "Yes, it is allowed."
Now, after I made a profit, the broker is retroactively calling those same trades "abusive" and has seized my funds. This is a clear breach of market conduct and honest business practices. They have failed to provide a specific trade-by-trade audit to justify this theft of over $42,000.
I have already escalated this matter to the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA). Do not trust their support team's word; they will confirm your strategy is okay until you win, then they will take your money.
Evidence Available: I have full chat transcripts and screenshots of the confirmation from their support team.
