I recommend mettrr (despite their weird name), they helped me set up my website and did a great job of it. I am not the best with tech but the people from the company were patient and efficient.

Very disappointed..
Very disappointed... Site has been down for months.. They call and leave message with no info. Keep billing me and I keep paying.. I send emails no reply.. Each person is different , never same person, never any history or continuity.. Really sad.. I was very happy. But I guess since COVID they don't care. Cannot get domain information..nothing.

We strongly disagree that we don’t care about our service or our customers. We’ve made huge product improvements this year including a brand new dashboard and have helped many of our monthly customers with cashflow problems. In fact, our customer satisfaction scores are at an all time high.
With regard to your account we have sent many emails to you and not been able to get hold of you on the phone. Your website hasn’t been live since your monthly website payments failed in July. In addition to the emails you received about these failed payments we tried to call you to let you know your renewal of the domain and services were at risk.
When you replied some weeks later stating you wanted to control your website yourself we gave you the information you need to transfer your domain away. This information along with details of settling your account were emailed to you on October 20 2020.

We’re sorry that you are unhappy with your website although we disagree that your website has been a waste of money. Your website has generated enquiries from potential customers and you’ve consistently made use of the unlimited content changes we include in the price. This year we’ve also given the Mettrr Dashboard a huge upgrade, making submitting changes quicker and even easier to do.
We’ve made almost 200 content changes for your website and whilst we’ve completed the majority of these requests within 24 hours not all of them were possible. A Mettrr website is not fully bespoke. Totally customisable websites are much more expensive than our price and often cost extra to update and maintain.
We’re happy to have got you and your business online and will be in touch about how you can transfer your domain to a different website provider.
