Toilet and stop tap valve leak - all resolved 100%.
James Heapes was on time, polite, professional, did exactly what he said he would do, when our job turned bad (stop tap valve starting leaking) James sorted that out too as well as the original job he was sent to do. Very clean and tidy, would highly recommend all day long.

Excellent Work
Mark arrived on time and promptly set to work sorting out the lagging in our loft. The job was not straightforward, dirty and in some areas well nigh impossible. Mark tackled it with good humour and common sense appraising us of the difficulties and the solutions. He finished in good time and arranged for all rubbish to be collected. He is a terrific person with a lovely demeanour. We are more than happy with the work he has done and can now relax and feel confident that our pipes and tanks are well protected for the winter. Excellent response and resolution
We reported a leaking toilet to British Gas home care and within the hour an DYNO engineer, Simon Frampton arrived. The problem was dealt with professionally and efficiently with clear explanation and promptly resolved. Simon was most helpful and personable, we would fully recommend this service as 5 star!

Had a faulty toilet flush issue. Craig Barker carried out the job. Went the extra mile to change the button so it looked new for the tenant and fixed a stopcock as extra.
