Salaams. Booked a 10 day Umrah Package in Feb24 for a family of 11.
Due to the size of the group I was very worried about the rooms and transport during our journey. However, everything went to plan with rooms next to each other and excellent transport services provided by Metro Travels with their partners in Mecca/Medina/Jeddah.

Bilal and his team were professional and above all gave an excellent overall service not to mention super competitive prices.

The customer service I received from Bilal was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and the service the team provided was first class. The communication was also great. Our holiday in Qatar was much needed and all our needs were catered for.
