Great tile choose
Great tile choose, we were looking for ages to get the right tile for our kitchen. The samples came through quickly, likewise did the order. My tiler had never heard of the Metro Tiles website but he does now and he was very impressed with them.

Beautiful tiles
Samples arrived very quickly & safely wrapped. Loved all of the samples but have chosen one for our cloakroom. Will definitely use this company again. Thoroughly recommend!

A company that cares about its customers
Metro Tiles can get the tiles you need more quickly than most and they really do provide an excellent service and really care about their customers. I have used them twice and would do so again.

The return policy is garbage
The return policy is garbage, I asked to if I could swap out or get a refund on 7 of the 22 boxes I ordered as there was a miscommunication on the type of tiles we need and the process is so long...the pallet service they recommended was complex and annoying...just sounds like a headache to get it all sorted...i'll much rather reluctantly spend the 200 extra to get the remaining tiles for my project to be completed and I doubt i'll ever be using them again

Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept an exchange in this instance. As tile batches change regularly, we would not be able to resell a partial return due to potential shade variation between batches.
You are, of course, welcome to arrange a pallet service of your choice for the return — our recommended service is provided purely as a convenience.

Great customer service, amazing range of tiles
Brilliant company, We ordered some sample tiles which had gone out of stock with another company.
They arrived quickly and well packaged.
On seeing they were exactly the same we put an order in for over 500.
Reece came back next day to advise they were unfortunately out of stock but were due in 3 weeks.
Very happy with the customer service from Reece.
He kept in touch and the tiles were despatched a bit earlier than planned.
They look amazing on our kitchen wall.
I'd highly recommend Metro Tiles to anyone.
We would gladly use again if / when needed.
