im not sure whats going on i spend over…

im not sure whats going on i spend over 2000 i didnt see no results of any kind and every time i ask to speak to someone i could never get a hold of someone, 2000 for nothing, im going to try to get my money back. not good to use.....

Avoid if You Sell a Premium Product!

Do NOT use this service if you're selling a high-end brand. The AI-generated ads looked cheap and unprofessional, making my product appear lower quality than it is. Worse, I couldn’t edit anything—not even the audience targeting. I had to pause the ads before they did more damage.

When I requested a refund after only a few weeks, despite paying for 3 months, they refused, claiming I "wasn’t spending enough"—the easiest excuse in the ad industry today. The worst part? hard to reach real customer support. The only response I got was from their chatbot, "Metty."

I regret trusting this company and would not recommend it to any brands that are selling their products for over $50.

It was a very good experience with…

It was a very good experience with Metric Infotech for digital marketing services. I got the SEO results in time they suggested us. With SEO, ppc services are also we are taking from Metric and we are happy with the results.
