Came back a little later to sign in and banned. Took 12 hours response to hear from support through their discord. Ass casino. Stay away.

In the old referral program that was active in October and November, I referred someone who lost over $5,000, and under the old policy I was supposed to receive a payout of $100+.

Support told me in December that it would be paid out, but it never happened. Now they’re saying they won’t pay it at all.

Everything is legit except for payouts. Withdrawals are simple and easy and fast. The community at veteran is off the chain great. To support staff on their discord answers your questions fast. The people are awesome. But we need off their games is almost impossible I feel like. It used to be that you could win and I don't mean win a lot just winter have fun now you can do 1500 spins and not get your money back on more than dozen bets. How can someone win playing their almost every single day not win a lot but win some and then for two or three months not even get your money back on spins. I feel you have to gamble a lot of money there to even get your money back so you bet $5 I think you have a better chance of winning your five dollars back then betting 25 cents and winning your 25 cents back. 20 plus years of online gambling and it makes it not fun. site is a scam. money cannot be withdrawn, web3 wallet cannot be connected it just logs you out. Support says it's a "known bug" but nothing is done about it. Speaking out about not being to withdraw in the discord gets you banned. By the way, their only support channel is through the discord, so if you get banned on discord you don't get any support. Site's a scam. stay away.

Be really careful Metawin steals your money !!! I Made a deposit on the website of metawin of 20 euros in XRP.

The never arrived, when you ask the support they tell the money is gone and they cannot do anything because the minimum of deposit is 9XRP.

But I used their website, and they probably stole my money, since in the blockchain everything is delivered !

However, in 2025 something changed — competitions began being drawn off-chain, win history became statistically unusual, and my win rate dropped to zero across over 1,000 competitions, even with similar entry amounts and the same participation style I used successfully before.

At one point, a MetaWin representative even advised me to use a basic VPN so I could access the games portion of the platform. I had never used a VPN before MetaWin, but I followed their guidance in good faith — believing this was acceptable since it was suggested by their support team.

It didn’t stop there:

My bonus rewards were “paused” and never paid out

MetaWinner NFTs were taken, acknowledged, but never returned

Customer support went from helpful → to silent

Telegram chats and previous support tickets have now been deleted

I was repeatedly told “we’ll get back to you after updates,” but no resolution ever came

I have reached out to them over 30 times across many months. I didn’t ask for special treatment — only for clarity and transparency. I still hope there is a fair explanation. If MetaWin resolves these issues, I will gladly update this review.

But as of now — the transparency that made MetaWin trustworthy has disappeared — and that is what concerns me most.

I’m sharing this not out of anger, but because other users deserve clarity on what has changed, especially since MetaWin is growing rapidly. If fairness truly matters to them, I hope they respond publicly and address these issues soon.
