Very Disappointing Experience with Cosmelan 2

I purchased Cosmelan 2 from their official U.S. website after using the cream for several months without any issues. However, the product I received was completely different from what I had used before. The color and smell were noticeably different, and after using it, my face suffered a burning reaction.

I have tried multiple times to contact customer service, including reaching out to Paola Guzman, but I have received no answers, assistance, or resolution.

This has been an extremely frustrating experience, especially considering how expensive this product is. I expected better quality, customer service, and accountability from this business.

I strongly encourage others to be cautious before purchasing. When a product causes such a reaction and the company fails to respond to customer concerns, it raises serious questions about product consistency and customer care.

I hope the company takes this complaint seriously and provides a proper explanation and resolution.

Ik heb een Opmerkelijke ontdekking gedaan : er zitten ipv het gebruikelijke 1 vloei balletje in de tube, nu wel 8 Stuks… dat betekent dus minder creme dan normaal.
Hoe kan dit meso estetic?
Is dit een incident of opzet?
( ik knip de tubes altijd open om het laatste restant creme op te maken)

I made a purchase of a product Cosmelan in 29.11.2024 at the website of Mesoestetic but the product was not delivered to me and so I bought it, made a very expensive purchase and incredibly, I did not received it, as the product was not delivered! More, I have been for so long asking Mesoestetic for a cancellation and refund but the company did not refund me and I am starting a legal complaint. It is scam, run.

He pedido una crema en la web para regalarla a mi mujer: la experiencia ha sido perfecta. La web es funcional y bien hecha, el pedido salió casi de inmediato con un transportista (UPS) que me garantizaba visibilidad sobre el viaje del pedido, que me ha sido entregado de forma muy rápida. El embalaje era de muy buena calidad, y me ha sorprendido. Dentro del paquete habían agregado 3 muestras de producto relacionados con el que había comprado.

Inmejorable experiencia de cliente.
