This has been an AWFUL experience!!!!
I signed up on 4/12 – My card was charged but I never got access to the software. I also submitted an online request.
I called customer service 4/13 and they said someone will be contacting me and get me access in 24-48 hours. No one did and I still did not get access. I also submitted an online request.
I called customer service on 4/15 to cancel my account. They assured me that it will be processed in 24-48 hours and I would get confirmation. No one responded. I also submitted an online request.
I called customer service on 4/17 to confirm cancellation and they said a request was submitted and gave me the cancellation ticket number and told me to send an email.
On 4/17 I sent the email as instructed with all the details.
On 4/18 I received the an email confirming that my subscription was cancelled and no further charges will be made to my account
On 4/19 my account was charged $49.95!
This is a complete SCAM!!! The customer service I called was responsive, but nothing happed to follow up. Now I am trying to contact customer service to resolve this for the 5th time in a week. I will need to dispute charges with my bank.
Total waste of time and I still NEVER got access!!
