Ciao a tutti, volevo condividere la mia esperienza con la Mercure Istanbul Clinics.
Quando ho iniziato la ricerca sono arrivato sull'orlo di una crisi di nervi… perché davvero troppe cliniche a Istanbul e ho notato che tutti dicono di essere i migliori ma ognuno dice la sua, a volte anche contraddicendosi. Però dopo aver parlato con tutte queste cliniche ero ancora più confuso. Poi per caso ho trovato Mercure tramite una pubblicità e mi hanno ispirato fiducia, quindi ho deciso di sentire anche loro.
Ho capito subito che stavamo parlando di alto livello, già dalle prime parole che ci siamo scambiati e soprattutto che non erano una "fabbrica" di trapianti perché era la cosa che non volevo. Il consulente italiano mi ha spiegato tutto per filo e per segno, per giunta molto simpatico e alla mano, come lavorano e che vieni seguito da medici e chirurghi (per me cosa indispensabile)... così... ho deciso di scegliere Mercure.

E sicuramente ho fatto bene :)
Tutto iper organizzato, sono stato seguito dall'inizio, tutte le spiegazioni molto chiare prima della partenza e sono stato accolto con un sorriso in aeroporto. Nei giorni a Istanbul mi sono sentito davvero a mio agio e la professionalità che avevo avvertito già alla prima chiamata, è stata confermata completamente. Queste parole per ringraziare tutti, perché ognuno di loro è stato professionale e mi ha fatto sentire tranquillo e in ottime mani.. e credetemi che è tanto per me.
Anche dopo il trattamento mi stanno seguendo in tutta l'evoluzione. All’inizio tutti i giorni e anche ora stiamo ancora in contatto per aggiornarci.

Sono uscito da poco dal periodo di shock loss e vedo l’inizio finalmente della crescita... l’attaccatura è già molto naturale e ho piena fiducia per i prossimi mesi.

Ciao mi chiamo Salvatore e sono siciliano. Prima di scegliere una clinica per il trapianto di capelli a Istanbul ero molto indeciso perché all’inizio sono stato bombardato letteralmente e non sapevo davvero di chi fidarmi. Avevo paura di finire in una clinica stile a catena di montaggio e che mi rovinavano. Su consiglio di un amico ho trovato Mercure Istanbul Clinics e ho iniziato a informarmi meglio. Dalla sua esperienza e da quello che ho letto ho capito che era quello che cercavo, cioè una clinica con la C maiuscila, che tratta solo un paziente al giorno e dove i medici eseguono tutto l’intervento di trapianto. Già dal primo contatto su whatsApp ho avuto subito una sensazione di professionalità e serietà. E poi Claudio, il consulente italiano mi è stato accanto dall’inizio alla fine e mi ha rilassato tanto, grazie. Cmq tutto il team italiano è stato sempre disponibile e gentile e mi sono sentito davvero seguito bene e tranquillo. Degli italiani che ti seguono sia prima che durante il soggiorno a Istanbul e anche adesso continuano a scrivermi, mi ha fatto stare sereno, devo dire la verità… poi a Istanbul sono stato accolto alla grande... Il chirurgo mi ha spiegato tutto con calma e i consulenti italiani traducevano. Si percepisce fin dal primo messaggio che questa è una clinica top nel trapianto di capelli in Turchia, che cura i dettagli e che mette il paziente al primo posto. Ho trascorso due giorni stupendi a Istanbul e mi sono sentito sempre in ottime mani.
Ho aspettato a fare questa recenzione e devo dire che ad oggi sono molto felice del mio trapianto di capelli e rifarei questa esperienza senza alcun dubbio!!! Un grazie di cuore a tutto il team Mercure, meritate davvero 10 stelle!! Consigliato a chi cerca un trapianto di capelli serio e sicuro a Istanbul.

I don’t often write reviews, but I wanted to take the time to describe my experience with Mercure since I had such a great experience with them, and traveling for a procedure as big as this can be overwhelming with so many options.

Deciding: I spent a long time figuring out who I wanted to go with, trying to find a good balance of a clinic that is not a hair mill with good results and price. I spent a couple weeks on this and landed on a lot of positive reviews about Mercure. I saw most reviews were with a senior physician Dr. Carmen and reached out to them for a consult. They told me she was no longer doing many longer procedures but had a couple other dermatologists. I ended up getting a consult for Dr. Bandirmali and was impressed by him and his clinic staff and booked myself for December 2025.

Travel: I am an American physician and was working in east Africa before my procedure. I did my hair transplant as a stop on the way home to the states. I wanted to spend a couple days exploring Istanbul before my procedure and Mercure still picked me up from the airport and brought me to my hotel. When it was time for my procedure, they picked me up and brought me to their hotel by the clinic. Afterwards, they drove me back to my airport. The car they’ll transport you in is very nice.

Accommodations: The hotel you stay at is directly next-door to the hospital where Mercure’s clinic operates. It is very nice, clean, and super quiet. The room you stay in is like a suite with a full kitchen and a separate bedroom from the rest of the place.

Staff: The communications with Mercure are the best you’re going to find. They definitely pride themselves in this and it led to a lot of peace of mind with my procedure. They constantly have support staff 24/7 just for responding to messages and questions in many different languages. There is someone at the clinic itself who speaks English that is very friendly and will assist you in every step of the procedure. Their techs and nurses are very skilled and professional. Dr. Bandirmali himself is a surgeon with about 25 years of experience. He is as experienced as you can get and has great bedside manner. He makes sure the type of hair loss you have is appropriate for transplant, incorporates your goals into the type of transplant density and shape he does, and gets your permission for the go-ahead with the hairline and plan he develops.

Procedure: The procedure was long (around 6 hours). They have a very clean set of clinic rooms and practice proper sterile technique. I approved the first hairline Dr. Bandermali drew (it was exactly what I used to have) and we talked about goals. I wanted this to last a while so he did some transplantation into areas without loss yet and went extra dense in areas of total loss that are most visible. I didn’t have much of an issue with pain but did not like the sounds of channeling, but he said it was fine to listen to music so I put my headphones in pretty loud. Dr. Bandermali does all of the main parts (consultation, mapping, channeling, overseeing) that determine your results. Techs/nurses only do harvesting/transplant which they are more than skilled enough for, and he still stopped in many times during these. They also did PRP and stem cell transplantation. Everything they do is evidence-based with lots of experience to back it up.

Results: I’m about 2 months out now and am very happy. I have about 70% shock loss. I went with two friends who ended dropping their clinics to go with Dr. Bandirmali after seeing how professional him and his staff were, and they have about 80% and 95% shock loss. I’m seeing lots of little hairs come back in, post shock-loss, and am very excited for time to allow it to thicken. I recovered remarkably well and they were involved in every step of this. There’s constant communication back with the clinic.

In brief:
- The procedure was very affordable
- Dr Bandirmali is an incredible surgeon and his clinic staff are amazing
- They walk you through from before you start to after you finish and communicate very fast and reliably
- Mine and my friends’ results are great so far
- I have already pointed a couple patients and friends in their direction and will continue to do so

Mercure was very professional and took very good care of me. The process was super streamlined, I didn’t need to worry about a single thing.

From start to finish the process was brilliant. I decided to pick this clinic based on the experience levels and that the clinic only does 1-3 transplants a day with proven results! From contacting Mercure to arriving into Turkey the WhatsApp communication was fantastic! Any question will be answered within minutes and with plenty of detail, it even made the process of booking the flights easy! We were collected at the airport by a very nice VIP taxi that had reclining chairs and Netflix on a huge plasma screen. The following morning I was greeted by one of the team who was brilliant, he spoke fantastic English, not only did he reassured me about the whole process but he was with me throughout the whole surgery so translation is never an issue. The experienced surgeon and doctors were also fantastic, you get the impression that they enjoy their job and want it to be perfect. Even drawing the hairline took 5 of them to be happy. The actual surgery process is made far easier knowing your around experienced people, they ask you all the time if you are okay or in pain! Even the breakfast and lunch were lovely Turkish meals! Once surgery is complete your transported back to the hotel and constantly checked on, even given help to order takeaways! I really do have to say that this has been a big step for me to do, but I’m so glad that I’ve done it and picked Mercure! I’m now nearly a week after my transplant and can’t wait for the process to start! I’d like to say a massive thank you to everyone at Mercure, I have been recommending this company to multiple people since arriving back into the uk! I’ll soon have the best hairline in Manchester!

I was really blown away by their expertise, skills and kindness shown to me by the entire team. 4400 grafts within 8 hrs. Dr. Carmen only does 1 patient a day overseeing the whole procedure and the technicians were also the best. I also had a translator who was with me the whole time. I’m very satisfied with the outcome and I can’t recommend this clinic enough. Two thumbs up!

It's a great clinic! They're super responsive that was one of the main reasons I went with them. They were very helpful on place and guided with empathy and were very thorough on explanation. They're ready to go the extra step and give you good service. They feel a great company that surpassed my expectations.

I was skeptical at first about going to another country for a medical procedure but everything went so well I had an amazing experience.

My guide Emre was an amazing guy that made the experience super easy and without stress. I had Dr. Carman for my operation and she was super, I could tell that she did cares about me and that she wanted the best result for me.

The communication with the clinic is a 10/10 too, they answer fast and they answer every questions you have in details. Now I just wait for the results as I’m 1 month post op! I recommend them!

Mercure Istanbul beseft als geen ander wat klantgerichtheid betekent. Als klant wordt werkelijk alles ondernomen om je tevreden te stellen.
Ik ben op 1 december 2023 geholpen en voorafgaand aan de behandeling verloopt de communicatie via WhatsApp naar volle tevredenheid. Heb je een vraag? Binnen een paar minuten krijg je antwoord.
Na aankomst op 30 november op het vliegveld van Istanbul werd ik opgehaald door Emre. Wat een perfecte gastheer! Vervoer naar hotel of van hotel naar kliniek: alles wordt voor je geregeld.
De dag van de behandeling is een lange en ja, de verdoving is minder aangenaam. Maar ook hier is de verzorging perfect.
De dag na de behandeling is er een nacontrole en wordt er veel aandacht besteed aan hoe te handelen na de transplantatie.
Het is nu eind maart en de afgelopen periode is er frequent communicatie via WhatsApp met Mercure Istanbul: Damla en Merve vragen regelmatig hoe eea verloopt en dien ik foto's op te sturen ter controle.
Eind februari is mijn nieuwe haargroei begonnen en wordt steeds meer. Ik ben uiteraard zeer nieuwsgierig naar het eindresultaat en heb er alle vertrouwen in dat het mijn verwachtingen zal overtreffen. Een aanrader!

Super goede ervaring met Mercure Istanbul.
Toen ik besloot een haartransplantatie te willen heb ik contact gezocht met hen wat erg makkelijk ging via whatsapp. Ze zijn haast 24/7 bereikbaar en je krijgt super goede uitleg wanneer je overweegt om de behandeling te doen wat er precies gedaan wordt tijdens de behandeling, hoe het in z’n werk gaat, je krijgt een eerlijk advies over wat zij aanraden wat mooi is, en houden het zo natuurlijk mogelijk.

Je bent geen nummer en voelt je echt een persoon die van a tot z begeleid wordt. En dan bedoel ik vanaf het moment je besloten hebt deze behandeling te doen tot maanden nadat je de behandeling hebt gehad. Je wordt nauwlettend in de gaten gehouden of alles goed gaat en wat je ook na de behandeling beter zou kunnen doen voor een mooi eindresultaat. Niets is te gek, je mag alles vragen en ze staan altijd klaar om te helpen. Ik kan niet wachten tot het eindresultaat, maar ik geloof dat dat helemaal goed gaat komen en dat ook nog eens voor een mooie prijs. Zou deze kliniek zeker aan iedereen aanbevelen. Mijn ervaring met deze kliniek is alleen maar positief. Wat een prettige en correcte communicatie! En ook de behandeling, wat echt wel ff doorbijten is, verliep prima.
In het voortraject ben ik op een zeer uitgebreide wijze geïnformeerd over de behandeling en alles wat erbij komt kijken door Damla. En dat allemaal in het Nederlands.
De prijs was vooraf afgesproken en was inclusief hotel, eten, taxi en begeleiding. Alleen de vliegreis heb ik zelf geboekt.
Bij aankomst op het vliegveld in Istanbul werd ik keurig opgewacht door Emre en hij heeft mij van begin tot eind op zeer plezierige manier begeleid; hij bracht mij naar het hotel, zorgde voor eten en reed mij ook naar de kliniek en was continu stand-by, echt heel fijn.
De behandeling duurt lang maar is goed te doen. Het is monnikenwerk en wordt met veel zorg uitgevoerd.
De volgende dag nog een controle en daarna weer door Emre naar het vliegveld gebracht.
Ook na de behandeling een zeer goede begeleiding en nu, een paar maanden later, ga ik langzaam resultaat zien. Het gaat heel mooi worden😀

Mijn vriend heeft een haartransplantatie ondergaan bij Mercure Istanbul, en onze ervaring was absoluut top. Het team was niet alleen heel vriendelijk maar ook heel professioneel.

Hij is zeer tevreden met het resultaat en vooral met de uitstekende service eromheen. We bevelen deze kliniek zeker aan anderen aan die overwegen een haartransplantatie te ondergaan.

Onze speciale dank gaat uit naar mevrouw Damla, die van begin tot eind bij ons was en ons super heeft begeleid. Ze is niet alleen heel vriendelijk maar beschikt ook over veel kennis. Damla verzorgt ook de nazorg en het contact vanuit Istanbul. Als we contact opnemen met de nazorglijn, krijgen we in 9 van de 10 gevallen binnen 2 minuten antwoord, en anders wel binnen 10 minuten. Dit is wel zo prettig als je soms met onzekere vragen zit.

Ook de chauffeur die de transfers verzorgde was altijd ruim op tijd. De kliniek, het hotel en het vliegveld liggen allemaal ook op 5 of 10 minuten afstand van elkaar. Dit is erg handig, en je hoeft niet lang in het vip-busje te zitten.

Ook niet onbelangrijk is de prijs, die toch aan de lage kant is, omdat ze werken met echt professionele chirurgen die bekend zijn in Turkije die echt weten wat ze doen. In andere klinieken zijn de kosten vaak net zo duur of zelfs duurder.

Al met al verdient Mercure van ons minimaal 5 sterren, en we bevelen het zeker aan bij iedereen.

Zeer goede begeleiding zowel voor als na de behandeling. Alle vragen worden meteen beantwoord. Deskundige mensen en behandeling in gedoneerde prive kliniek. Op vliegveld terugreis andere mensen gesproken die dezelfde behandeling elders hebben gehad en aanzienlijk meer hebben betaald

Er is me gevraagt om een review achter te laten, dit doe ik graag voor ze heb het bij google gedaan en doe het ook met plezier hier. Ben heel goed geholpen en zeer blij met het resultaat. De service is heel professioneel en soepel, ben heel netjes en vriendelijk geholpen en de resultaat mag er zeker wezen. Ik ben nu 6 maanden na mijn haartransplantatie en heb nu al een volle bos haar. Echt super en super tevreden over Mercure. Niks te klagen terwijl ik echt een moeilijk persoon ben. Ze hebben hier echt alles goed voor elkaar en ze werken met goed en vriendelijk personeel! Maak je echt geen zorgen hier!

Afgelopen maandag hier een soft FUE Sapphire behandeling gehad. Vanaf begin af aan ben ik altijd kundig te woord gestaan.

Tijdens het eerste consult tot de operatie werd er altijd duidelijk gecommuniceerd over wat er mij te wachten staat. Dit gaf mij erg veel vertrouwen. Ik werd erg goed verzorgd tijdens de operatie en er werd meerdere keren gevraagd of ik iets te drinken / eten wou.

Ik moet nog wachten op mijn resultaat maar heb er de volle vertrouwen in dat dit goed gaat komen. Heel erg bedankt Mercure Istanbul !

Burada olan birçok insanı tanıyorum, hepsi en iyi sonuçlar. iyi cerrahları olan sıcak ve samimi bir kliniktir. burada endişe yok. Sonuç için sabırsızlanıyorum. Şu an saç ekiminin 4. ayındayım ve şu ana kadar her şey yolunda gidiyor! Baştan sona yanınızdalar, iletişim kurmaları da kolay, sadece bir uygulama göndermeniz gerekiyor ve onlar sizin için oradalar.
