FRAUDULENT WEBSITE AND COMPANY

Purchased a tracksuit for my son yesterday for Xmas. After paying over £100 and the money leaving my bank account, today they started asking me for screenshots of my bank account, which I won’t be sending. I emailed them saying
“you have already received my money, I don’t have internet banking set up, and you have already said you received the order, no other company asks to see your personal banking so I’m not doing it, please just issue a full refund immediately” they then emailed to say, “we will issue a refund when you return the items” ridiculous company!!!!!!! So they will not send the items as I won’t send them my personal banking, and they won’t issue a refund until the goods are returned!!!!!
Going to go to my bank tomorrow and report the company as fraudulent. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered an expensive jacket for my…

Ordered an expensive jacket for my nephew for his birthday present as he wanted the jacket from this website. Their first order discount was invalid and it says free postage on their app and their website and I still had to pay postage because there wasn't any other options. The first order discount was MERCIERGANG. Had a reply from one of their customer service personnel who said because it's a black Friday week they don't offer free postage, lol so much for getting any bargains on November black Friday week, they don't give a first order discount or stick to their free postage mantra. For myself I personally wouldn't be buying from this company again and as I mentioned it was my nephew who wanted the jacket from this company. My order number was 390308739 and I will be surprised if this company refunds me back my postage costs and also my first order discount.

Fat ppl deserve rights

I would vote lower but one star is lowest which one of you fat selfish baboons took the coat in my size i spoke to customer service and they was quite rude to me and said i was fat and short for not fitting into a small they said I wasn’t js plus sized I was whale sized and this hurt my feelings because i have Cushing syndrome and I’ve been fat ever since I popped out of dartford tunnel I was a 21 lbs baby and I am currently 182 kg I js went down my stairs and I went through them and she laughed at me and it hurt my feelings so pls fire her, her name is corina Furness

Awful Experience

Awful Experience.
Will NEVER shop here again.
Ordered a pair of joggers in the sale, was too small. had to spent £10 to send back to exchange for a different size. I highlight EXCHANGE on my returns.
They took a LONG while to get back to me and at that point the sale ended so they wouldn’t exchange my item?
They then sent me back a credit note which is not what I asked for.
Now the joggers will cost me a further £20 to purchase to have the full tracksuit.
Awful company and I will NEVER shop with them again.
They have also done this to another family member of mine. Do not buy from these.

Item not received

Ordered a jacket for my son in law for christmas, I received the notification of delivery, I had not received the jacket. When I cobtacted then sent me a reply weeks later saying the delivery notification states it was my address and there is a picture of a door that is not mine, I have told them this but they have ignored my emails.

Customer service is a disgrace

Placed an order during the Black Friday sale & qualified for free shipping.

Mercier charged me £20 for shipping so I emailed them to get them to refund it. They replied by saying there wasn’t free shipping during the Black Friday sale.

Only trouble for Mercier is that I have a screen shot saying my postage was free! I sent them the screenshot and you guessed it, they didn’t reply to my email. I chased them again a week later, and then again a week later and of course no replies.

Shocking customer service and despite being a customer who regularly orders from Mercier I won’t ever use them again.

What’s even scarier is they are only going to be selling online from now on. They might need to think about improving their customer service before that happens!

Shocking company. Don’t buy from them

Shocking customer service

As previous reviews say the customer service is very poor. Took 3 emails to get a response. Bought stuff in black Friday event and sent something back they say i cant have a refund because was bought in the sale even though the item is currently at full price on their website. I have bought quite a few things for my sons from their website and JD sports but wont buy anything again out of principle due to shocking customer service and refund policy. There are better brands available that also look after their customers.

Mercier customer service are totally…

Mercier customer service are totally ineffective to deal with , they lie ,say they get back to you in two days ,they don't ignore emails ,their policies differ to suit them ,first it's 7 days for processing return ,then it's 10 days ,it's now 13 days they had my return on the 14 August ,they keep ignoring me ,it's now 27 August , you are still ignoring me ,I want my return ,the saga continues , customer service have acknowledged the proof of returns ,and say their policy is either 10 days or 7 days depending on whos replying , say they get back to you and don't,it's now 15 days since they had returns !!!! Let's see what excuse they will come up with next Day 16 , bearing in mind their refund policy is 7 or ,10 days ,they have all confirmation ,they acknowledge this ,still won't give my return We are now on day 17 Mercier still ignoring me ,September Ist 18days still waiting since 14/8 for my return

Terrible company avoid

Terrible company avoid. no returns so you have to print from website and pay the costs give you store credit so your have to spend on there site.Clothes are horrible and don’t fit as they should
