Purchased a "Stanley Quencher" cup from this company. It turned out to be a cheap knockoff. Graphics printed on the cup were also distorted. Company is only willing to refund 20%. Stay away if you're looking for honest products and services.

Scam. Fake Stanley cup. How is that even allowed?

There were scratches on the rim and side of the cup, the picture looked like it was compressed to fit the size of the cup. And shipping took a long time.

Well I bought a cup, and then got a email saying it was returned to sender. When I emailed them about it they said it was delivered. So I sent them a copy of the email they sent, and they still said it was delivered. I got the exact same email like 4 times. My sister got hers and it doesn’t look or feel like a real Stanley.

I purchased a cup from this company. The Cup had a logo on it, and the logo was not even centered. The quality of the cup and the design is very poor. When I try to call customer service because I want to return and get a refund, they would not. They only offer me 50% discount on my next order. I will not be buying anymore items from this company.

I placed an order in July 2024 and reached out to them immediately to correct the address information, which I received an email from them saying that the correction would be made. After a while I received an email that the item had been sent back to sender for insufficient address information! I reached out again and they responded with We will send you a replacement and as of now August 15,2024 I still haven’t received my order nor a refund…. I will never order from this website again!

It took over a month to receive my product

I purchased 3 cups. One of them I picked the wrong design. I reached out to the company to see is they could help me. Not only did they get back to me quickly, but changed the design at no charge. My husband loves his packers cup. And my granddaughter loves her cowboys cup. As for me I am pleased with the customer service and my cup as well.

I never got my item

Nothing went wrong you guys did a good job whenever I order from you. I always get my order when my order says it’s gonna come thanks so much.

My cup came with no drainage

I ordered my Stanley cup 2 months ago and still haven’t received it. PEOPLE THIS IS SCAM DO NOT FALL FOR IT

I dislike the false advertisement that shows it is a Stanley Cup, which was not a Stanley Cup and that disappointed me because they were gifts to where the person was expecting a Stanley Cup and did not receive one because of the fake cups that this company sells

Cup arrived dented, scraped up and lid cracked.

They are very professional and courteous. They had no problem with solving the issues I had with my tumbler. I will be buying from here again.

Tried charging Stanley cup prices for a definitely NOT Stanley cup, it is lightweight and cheap looking, should have researched the company before I took the bait!!!

I ordered a travel mug from this company. When it arrived, I was displeased with the quality of the graphics. They were fuzzy and there was under color of the stainless mug coming through. I contacted the company. They asked me to supply photos, which I did. They are refusing to issue a refund. They're response was
"looks fine to us" What kind of customer service is this? As i logged on to give my review, i see there are a lot of dissatisfied customers.Be very aware of this company.

I order seven cups we love them wish the name was bigger and I will be ordering again really soon they will be great birthday gifts this year

Just received an alleged Stanley Green Bay Packers 40 oz. cup. Clearly fake. Very light weight, and handle, lid and cup base are not authentic Stanley. Plastic parts are a weird shade of green that doesn’t match the metal green of the cup. Poorly packaged-no box, just flimsy bubble wrap in a thin bag. I’m surprised it didn’t arrive damaged! Stay away from this seller.
