I would give Merchclan 0 stars but it's not possible! I never received my order placed in June 2020. After following the tracking of my order via USPS for a month and a half, the order was returned to sender. I have received very little cooperation from customer service, and have been given the run around for my refund. WHAT A SCAM! Merchclan was unable to fulfill my order and they are unwilling to refund my order. Completely Ridiculous!!!

This is a scam I have not received my package at all DHL has no number of this package do not order from this website I asked for my refund back and I have not heard from anyone.

This is a scam company. They are NOT located in South Lyon Michigan. They are not located in the US at all. SCAM SCAM SCAM. RUN FAST

wish i could give negative stars. they sent my package to the wrong address. they said then that i need to pay extra. To have it sent to the right one. They said its because i wrote the wrong address. disputed with paypal. Paypal provided proof of the address where i requested it sent to. it was correct. It was just 12 digits different than the zipcode they sent it too.

Do not buy anything from this company. You will never receive it and Daisy in customer service is a joke.

This company is a scam!! Ordered a $30 poster and it’s very clear it is a stolen imagine. Very grainy picture. Looks like they took a picture of a picture and printed it in a 16x24 size. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered a canvas wrapped print from Merchclan.com as a gift. I made sure to have plenty of time to get it ahead of the birthday. I recieved it 6 days before, but it was horrible. It had lyrics on it and everywhere there was supposed to be an apostrophy, it had garble.
The photos on the bottom were terrible, and not the same ones shown on the product on their website.
I contacted them that day with my issues, via email. Daisy, from the customer care team, actually got them to send another, but all they did was fix the apostrophes. The photos were still awful and the only reason I got it was because I emailed again asking where it was, as the birthday had long since passed.
Now I am fighting for a refund. Daisy keeps saying that the team needs photos of the problem and they will find a solution. I have sent them, including highlighting the website picture, to show the differences. I have stated the soultion is a refund in several emails.
Now we have disputed payment with our bank.
Save your money and yourself a headache....stay away from merchclan. They deal in junk.

Wish I could give zero stars to MerchClan.com. This company and their customer service person, Daisy, is a joke. They offered a 25 percent refund on a stolen piece of artwork that they copied from somebody else’s work and tried to sell as their own prints. I ordered a 30 dollar print, and it’s so pixelated and fuzzy I can’t use it! I reached out and politely told them I’m not even slightly satisfied. It was clearly an imagine that had been screenshot (probably several times from the look of it) and then printed on a large canvas for some poor unlucky, unknowing shmuck [me] to buy. I am offering to send it back for a full refund, trying to keep the peace though my blood pressure is starting to rise. Of course, however, they won’t take the work back or offer a refund because they know it’s a piece of crap print! I showed my two graphic designer friends the work the company tried to send to me and they were shocked. Not acceptable. I purchase from overseas ALL THE TIME, and this is one of those companies that turns people off from doing such things. This is the type of sketchy company that you were warned. Now I have to to call my bank and dispute a $30 payment on sheer principle at this point, because you won’t make right on your shady business affairs when you’re called out on them. As promised, I’m sharing this review on every review site I can find. Thanks Daisy and the rest of the “team” at #MerchClan! 💚

This company is definitely running a scam. I ordered from them and they sent me an email stating they shipped the item with a tracking number. It has been almost two weeks and the item has not moved from it’s origins in NYC. This company’s facility is allegedly in Michigan. I submitted a claim to PayPal for item never received. I am waiting now for PayPal to conduct an investigation and issue my refund. Stay away from this company, I have a feeling the people behind this are not based in the United States. Update: I received the item. The quality is decent for what I paid, I am very dissatisfied with their customer service, so they loose 1 star for their service and 1 star for the quality of the item.

IT'S A SCAM! Beware, they din't send me anything, took my money and I got it back only when I complained to my bank! They steal pictures from respected companies to create ads on google but there is no product behind them! Don't order from them under any circumstances!!!
