We have been very pleased with merchant services from Chase. We had one issue but it was resolved immediately. Our experience has been great. Our Chase representatives we have had interaction with are ready to help with anything we ask of them. Ilsi Duncan, lliana Silva and Shea Leger are amazing!

Chase Merchant services are the worst
Chase Merchant services are the worst. They don't return calls and when asked questions they state "they would get back to us with the answers." Yet to hear anything. Useless, but they take their cut everytime!

Best Bank
Chase is the best bank for any type of account's. I did try a different bank before chase and was more than disappointed. I have all my accounts with Chase. I am a chase customer for 25 years and 3 years with my business account.
