I ordered an item advertised online by a company called Welltonex with address in Birmingham UK, email and phone number. When I had placed the order I could see the web address was with Shopify. The payment went through on PayPal which was the only option (fortunately). I received no further communication. I emailed twice with no response and then phoned. The person answering said he had no connection with any such company. I contacted PayPal and they refunded my money within minutes 🤗

I placed an order 2 months ago and it has not arrived, I have emailed them to ask when it will arrive and had no response. Do not use this company they are a scam artist!

Buyer beware, this is a scam site. Ordered a backpacking stove on this site and learned what triangulation fraud is. This company used a stolen credit card to try and buy the product through REI. Thankfully, both my CC company AND REI were aware of these types of scams. What could easily have been a horrible experience was dampened by 5 star worthy companies who care. Do NOT buy from this company.

Actually zero stars i ordered the plastic shed for $139 never recieved it yried to contact the company just to find it's all fake so yes these people ate trash scumbags. Don't even waste your time or money trying to order anything from this fake company.

SCAM SCAM SCAM! I ordered through Grensundeay a company through shopify and never received my purchase.

Ordered 2 dashcam in Feb 2018 before Valentine's day and still have mot received them. I had order number but no tracking because they never sent it. There site requires a tracking number to assist them so it just kicks me out. They were quick to charge my credit card though. I should have researched the company before ordering. I assumed from the legitimacy of there website and seeing it on Facebook for weeks that they were good. I gave them 1 star because zero stars were not an option. Also it's almost December.

I ordered two action cameras on 11/28/17, for a Christmas present for my wife. I emailed the company twice now, still with no response. DO NOT order from this company. If you've already made the purchase, the only thing you can do is call your bank and dispute it with them or visa(if you used a visa card). Unfortunately, I waited too long to start that process. I'm extremely disappointed in this company.

Never received my Order. Was told at the beginning of December that they would be providing a refund within 3-5 working days and got nothing. They had said to me back in November that they were so busy they had run out of stock, which is when I requested a refund. 3 months I've been on this company's back. Scamming Thieves is my opinion!!!

This is a fraudulant site that promises amazing deals. Dont BUY they have no customer service and after a week i received an email that the promo products were out of stock.

I immediately requested a refund via email customer support and have not received a response or refund after 21 days.

I ordered the dashcams described in earlier reviews on 31/10/2017 and after several enquiries, received them { from China } in two badly bashed boxes. When I downloaded the PDF of the operating instructions, I found that these cameras are not compatible with any OS above Windows 7. This means that although they do function when attached to the power source in a vehicle the videos or photos cannot be transferred to a computer with a current OS. When I contacted Mercaddes with this information, I received the same email as previous reviewers telling me that the company is no longer trading. It is obvious that we have been scammed but surely something can be done about this? Mercaddes website is still running so clearly they are continuing with their dodgy deals.

Actually I would like to give them no stars at all.ordered 2 dash cams, buy one get one free.They came a week later,no instructions,couldn't believe these two flimsy pieces of plastic had cost so much,purchased a tf card,and guess what,they don't work.Then I read the reviews,oh dear,wish I'd read them before purchase.Why is Facebook still letting these crooks sell on this site.Mine came from China in a very battered box.

I placed an order for 2 dash cams on 22nd November, chased up delivery to receive an email back stating they are no longer trading due to issues with their payment providers- still trading on companies house and a registered change of director details dated today on companies house.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

I placed my order for the webcams at the beginning of November 2017 and still haven't received them. I have chased up the company and basically just get told that they are busy.
Totally unsatisfactory service...I hope the webcams aren't as bad as the service! I'll let you know if, as and when I ever receive them.
I would suggest that you avoid this lot like the plague. Facebook should not allow companies like this to advertise with them!

Do NOT order from this company. They take your money and deliver nothing. Ordered an action cam in October then got an email about high demand, shortage of stock blah blah blah. Asked for a refund and now getting the runaround. Complete scam just wish I'd read these reviews before handing over my money. Glad I paid by credit card.

Do not order from this company. They take your money and deliver nothing. After several attempts to contact them by email I finally called my bank and had the transaction disputed and removed.

My order was placed 27/09/2017 and, like lots of other people, I have requested a refund on numerous occasions with automated replies and false promises

I have been waiting for an order for two months they do not reply with anything helpful just automated messages. They said refund will be us within 3 to 5 workings days that was 3 weeks ago. Luckily I brought on my credit card so now claiming through their. Scam comes to mind!!!

Bought 2 car cams (buy 1 get one free) for £46. Nearly 2 months later and I haven't received the goods and despite an email saying they would refund the money in 5 working days they never did. Now recovering through the credit card company.

If you come across a Company called Mercaddes avoid like the plague.
They take your money and then they tell you there is great demand for the product and cannot give any delivery date.
I have read countless complaints about this Company.
Wonder if I should contact Rogue Traders on the BBC
