i have only had the mepacs system for nearly two months, and am very pleased to have it. However, as I have had no issues to report, either good or bad, I don't have a meaningful review to give. Any contact I have had has always been helpful, friendly and positive.

I'm happy to be the owner of a MePACS Pendant and Watch and the service provided by MePACS. I'm lucky that so far I only had to contact MePACS ON the arranged monthly contact day to check out the equipment. A few times my watch went off and I was promptly contacted by MePACS if assistence was required.

I find the response times excellent. The staff are always very helpful.

My only concern is that when I press my personal alarm, they can barely hear me, even when I'm in the same room. The range is clearly inadequate.

New to MEPACS. Had a lot of trouble setting up but they were very good and sent out a very patient technician who fixed the problem up giving me a new base. Very helpful staff

Communication and follow up has been outstanding. I feel comfortable in the knowledge that someone is nearby.

We have recently had MePacs installed. The first checking was simple and straight forward and there was an operator on the end of the phone immediately -this was very comforting.

I find my mepacs alarm very good and gives me peace of mind

The only reason for a 4 star review instead of 5 was the length of time it took to action the request ,even allowing for Covid.

MEPACS delivered at 8.30am. Fell at 4pm with head , spine and shoulder injuries. Thank God for MEPACS. Pressed my personal alarm and MEPACS arranged an ambulance and a Paramedic remained on the phone with me til 4 Paramedics arrived. I am a Diabetic and had it not been for MEPACS I may not have been found until the next day. I now have a paralysed arm and always wear my MEPACS personal alarm. MEPACS is a necessary service but I still have my independence. Brilliant service.

Great product, alarm and falls detection very good, battery life could be better, we live in regional SA so the network isn’t as good as metropolitan Adelaide.

The installation of the unit was very easy and was carried out efficiently carried out over the phone. the staff i dealt with were friendly and helpful.

I ordered a MePacs system for my (palliative care) 89 yo dad who agreed to having the system when he was in hospital however when he came home and the system arrived for installation it created a huge amount of angst for him, feeling like he was losing control. So before it began I rang MePac and requested service be cancelled.
They were so helpful and caring and more importantly understanding and cancelled our service straight away without any costs - and because we hadn't opened the package the system came in, and because it had a reply paid label, all I needed to do was pop it into the post - no cost at all to us

Response very quick. Neighbours called and on the scene quickly to help me get back on my feet. MEPACS gives me independence and peace of mind.
